Falling apart too soon

I have truly LOVED all of my previous HOKAs! As a RN, I'm on my feet, busy busy busy all 12-13+ hours of my shift. I wear Hokas every shift I work. In the past, I've had really good experience with the Hokas. They are generally very comfortable and I've recommended them to dozens of co-workers. Wearing Hokas, I've experienced a reduction in end-of-shift leg and foot pain and last for many months. I say all of this to support my love to this brand. I recently purchased the trail shoes with the same expectations, however I've been "sorely" disappointed in this model. The sides are pulling away from the rubber soles and the fabric is fraying already. I found the tongue to be comfy and I do like the color combo. I agree with another review the shoe seems to pull moisture in rather than allow the foot to breathe. They seem short in height, and narrow, compared to other models. I'm disappointed in this model and will not purchase again.

Disappointed

I wore these for less than a week. It rained one day and my feet were soaked as though I was in inches of water- I had bubbles coming out of the top of each shoe. There are drainage holes in the sole that I thought were a good thing. It was as though the shoes were sucking up the water on the road from the sole. These are trail shoes- the opposite of what should happen.
