Lightweight and Reliable
As a backpack, I have high emotions around what I put on my feet when I'm out in the middle of nowhere. These are extraordinary boots; I've hiked more than 500 miles with them. They're comfortable, lightweight, excellent for summer hiking, they are very breathable and stay dry! I've made several water-crossings, and the tread is stable in moving water. I have low volume foot, so unless they've made recent changes to their fit, they are probably best sued for a narrow foot.
Great Boot But Defective
Very nice boot and I really wanted to like it but I ran into a major flaw with the wear. It became unbearable to wear at the flection point right above the ankle. Perhaps it was simply a defective boot and regrettably, I had to return it. I really like the design, look and tread.
