Looks and feels amazing
I live in this brand and spent for arcteryx stuff more than most people would for clothes in their lives. I got excited to get DryTech Clothing as in tend sweat a bit more under the armpits, in hope it would dry faster than other clothes. I was very wrong. Dry tech seem to dry much longer than any other material. I've made a test. Sweat it under the pits a bit then let it dry (not on my body ) under room temperature (22°C). It took 4 hours !!!! My other shirt that is not dry tech took half so long. I love Arcteryx but thats very dissapointing for me. I still recommend this Shirt who don't sweat too much because Drytech doesnt seem to work :(
Everyday (Literally) Shirt
I'm almost embarrassed to say that this is literally an everyday shirt for me. After getting one, I grabbed another of the same colour and wear it about 5 days a week on average (with a merino tee underneath to help get some days out of it). The shirt isn't heavy but is very substantial which is a nice mix. The logo on the upper arm is nice (personal preference, I don't like chest logos for some reason). The cut is perfect as well - it's a slight taper without being slim. A large fits absolutely perfectly at 5"10, 42" chest, 32" waist. Best fit of any shirt I've found in years. Buy two.
Excellent shirt but long in the torso
This shirt was an amazing investment. I was skeptical about the price tag for a Henly shirt. But this has several key advantages over Patagonia Henlys or ones from say J Crew, etc. It's breathable fabric, but from the outside it looks like regular cotton. It keeps you cool even in direct sun. Then the style is covert and simple enough to be everyday casual wear. It doesn't look like a technical piece, though, so you can wear it on a night out easily. It was been a godsend for travel wear being my #1 go-to shirt for fall and winter travel. I love the metal buttons as well, meaning this won't have button's popping off on you a year down the road. Amazing quality item. I bought a second one a week later!!
Great material, but a little baggy
The shirt itself is great. The quality and feel of the material and stitching is on par with other Arc'Teryx products. The shirt is relaxed enough to be used as sleepwear or worn as a mid-layer, but can also be worn into work on a regular day (I do). My issue is with the fit. It runs a little baggy compared to the jackets they make. I seem to have this issue with most of their shirts and thermal layers though. I'm 5'9" 155 lbs with a ex military build. I wear a medium in 99% of my clothing. Somehow this shirt just is baggy. Fits like a large.
Simple basic
Nothing to write home about but nice shirt to layer with in winter or wear on its own in cooler tempts/at home. The snap button front makes me worry about the fabric tearing every time i unbutton but that may be personal ptsd. Material is nice, feels technical although performance doesnt feel like it is outstanding at wicking or breathability. Cut is somewhat wide in the body which could be a pro or a con depending on your perspective. Overall decent but seems very plain in design compared to arcteryx’s more articulate cuts.
Great Casual Winter Shirt
I love this shirt, its nice for the warmer months in the great white north. One of my favorite casual winter shirts, its not too loud the logo is subtle. Buttons up at the neck so you can vent better on a warmer day. Fabric is comfortable on my skin and the fit is nice somewhat form fitting without being too snug. I'm 6' with long arms and a large fits me well with the sleeves making it down to my wrists.
Great Henley
Being a long time fan of Arcteryx gear, I decided to take a chance on this Henley and I've been extremely happy with the it. I've worn it 3 times and received compliments 2 of those times. The shirt is lightweight yet substantial, has a great athletic cut to it and appears very durable. I normally wear an XL in their jackets and the XL Sirrus fit me perfectly - 6' and 230lbs. Highly recommended!
Sirrusly comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sirrus Henly feels very well made for it's price ( for high end clothing). The material is soft and light, but feels like it will last. It does run a little large overall, mostly in the stomach and waist area. It's more true to size in the arms and chest. I would consider sizing down If i got another. for reference I'm 6'4" and 185lbs. and went with large.
Way too long!
Usually size small Arc products such as the Delta LT, Aptin, Atom LT, and Proton FL fit me well (sleeve and torso length-wise) but this henley was ridiculously long! I the torso length dropped below my crotch and the sleeves were 3-4 inches too long coming down to my knuckles. The material and the looks were top-notch but, unfortunately, I had to return it.
Nice enough shirt... durability?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this shirt a lot and wore it a few times in a week (casually). Fits great, stylish, comfortable and warm. My concern is that the fabric on the wrist got deformed after just a few wears - stretched and then waffled. I suspect it won’t be long before the wrists are super loose. :(
