These are climbing shoes. They're supposed to fit tightly. I wear a women's 39 or 8/8.5 in street shoes. I ignored the reviews and went a half-size smaller (7.5) since the adidas shoe chart actually indicates a street 7.5 would fit me (albeit tightly). I should have just ordered my street size. They would have been perfect. I'm hoping they stretch a tiny bit. My right big toe rubs painfully on top, but my left foot is fine. I'm wrapping my toes with gauze to avoid pain and wearing them with socks around my house to help break them in faster. My advice is to order your street size or one size above max. These are my first "new" pair of climbing shoes. My other pair were a retro size 41 and that was way too big.
Quality is good and true to size. Color is very nice too.
Thank you Adidas for having larger women’s shoe sizes. I recently have started climbing and finally decided to invest in my own pair of shoes. I have had the worst time finding shoes to fit my big feet until I came across these. My street shoes are a 10.5 and my running shoes are an 11, but climbing shoe sizes are tiny. I know some people like to cram their feet into small shoes for better performance, but as a beginner, I prefer comfort so that I’ll continue climbing. Most brands only go up to a women’s size “10” or “11” in climbing shoes and men’s shoes are way too wide for my feet and had a lot of dead space. Thank you Adidas for literally being the only brand to make women’s shoes up to size 12. These shoes fit like a glove. And the performance has been great so far. Please don’t ever stop making larger sizes for all the women with big feet out there.
Once I finally found a size that my small and skinny feet could fit into (4 sizes above my shoe size) I couldn’t keep them on for longer than 20 minutes as the material instantly rubs and clearly isn’t designed for skinny and narrow feet. I found some other brand that fit perfectly and comfortable to wear for a full training session straight away.
My go-to climbing shoe primarily because of the incredible stickiness of rubber at this price point. It's a great 'beater' shoe for taking countless laps on routes. For the price, it's more economical to buy a new pair than to get a resole, which is why I'm already on my fifth pair. It's a consistently great performer for everyday climbing.
I just started out climbing and was using the climbing gym’s shoes. These are sooooo much better. They give me that extra step up to be able to have more stability. They are a bit uncomfortable, but that goes for all climbing shoes that “fit right.” I just rest my feet in between climbs and I have been fine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t expecting they have cushioned insole. Very comfortable for a beginner the C4 Stealth rubber is the protagonist on these shoes. Felt more confident on climbing without slipping on the boulder. My feet length is 230 mm which fits perfectly with size 6 for women.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son says these are very comfortable. They do run small! I had to return for a larger size. I originally ordered a 6 but had to return for an 8 1/2 which is giving him a little room. He wears a 4 typically. The return was super easy and came quick.
It's been awful trying to find a pair of climbing shoes that I don't hate. These were comfortable right out of the box. However, I had to go 1 1/2 sizes up from my normal shoe size.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great moving into less beginner territory. I started off with some black diamond beginner shoes and got these on the black Friday sale. Great shoe for the price!
