This isn't the same quality as last year's Kulshan shirt
I bought ALL of the three of last year's Kulshan shirts. The Night, Storm, whatever the lighter color was called. Loved them all. Left a five star review and recommended them to others. Then I bought the new Classic Blue. I don't know how it's the same Kulshan shirt. The fabric was much thinner and there isn't the same structure. The collar is floppy and looks cheap. The thinner fabric doesn't have the same warmth. It's a decent shirt with good fit, but the quality is a large step down from the previous Kulshan shirts and doesn't deserve the same name.
Poor quality
Poor quality - the cuff was fraying after wearing once and before even being washed. OR usually has better quality products than this.
Great shirt - runs a little small
I'm a medium in just about everything, and while I have a few extra quarantine pounds on right now, this would be a little tight in any case.
could have been a 5
Wonderful color, thinner than anticipated, wish it was available in "tall" size
Nice all around shirt!
So far really like these shirts, not too warm not too cool. Has some nice stretch built in and if you have broad shoulders, back and chest like myself you know if can be a built of a pain to find something that fits well off the rack. This did well and is comfortable. Time will tell for durability, but I would tentatively buy more of these for my cold weather wardrobe. Would be nice if OR had these in both patterns and solid colours, so far a winner for me.
I like the material - fit was too wide around the waist
I'll start this by acknowledging I have an a-typical frame. I'm 6ft 190lbs but with very broad shoulders and a 32in waist. This shirt fit me well in the arm length and shoulders but on me it seems to balloon out around the waist. I could see this being a good fit for a slightly heavier guy but it looks a little awkward on me. I like the material and style, but for me personally the fit isn't ideal. I'll have to see how it looks after a couple more washes.
Warm, soft and versatile awesomeness.
This is now my favourite shirt! It is nice enough to wear out on the town, fuzzy enough to entice hugs from others and warm enough that it can also be used as a field shirt. I mostly wear this as my go-to mid layer work shirt. I am a biologist, and so my work is in remote locations, usually accessed by hike, UTV, jet boat or a combination thereof. Also, because it doesn't look synthetic, I can get away with wearing it on jobs for clients that prefer natural fibres. I like the warmth, softness and flexibility. It is breathable and holds out well in cold and wet weather. The other only thing I'm maybe not keen on is the bottom button, in which the receiving slit is rotated horizontally. Maybe helps prevent the bottom button from coming undone, but a moot point for me - if its cold, wet and buggy (it usually is), I'm tucking in my shirt every time!
Fantastic fit and feel
Finding a non-boxy flannel shirt isn't easy. The large is a perfect fit for me at 6' and 190 lbs. I have both the night and hazelwood colors. It's great for all activities. Dress it up, then wear it fat biking the next day. A 200 weight base layer and this shirt were plenty warm for outdoor aerobic activities. Very durable fabric too. I snagged a sleeve on a protruding nail that should have ripped quite the hole and it barely did a thing.

Great rain jacket
Purchased as an emergency rain layer when motorcycling. Packs into a very small triangle size, and fits snug. I am 6'0, 185 lbs, and it is a nice comfortable but fitted cut, allowing it to slip over my clothing, but underneath my armoured vest nicely. Haven't tested in heavy rain while riding yet, but I imagine it'll keep me relatively dry, and also function as a good windbreaker on cooler days. Great jacket, and great company as always.
Still a great everyday shirt
Bought the original when it came out to replace some feedback flannels. Still a great shirt IMHO, the fit is still good for someone like me with a broad chest/shoulders, which can be hit or miss with outdoor research's sizing. The tweaked fabric is great well being a bit more versatile for weather conditions. Pretty much can wear this as a shirt all up to really hot weather. Love that OR listened and made more solid colour options too
