Comfortable and nice color
I love the color. I’m usually a size 6.5 in all shoes but after doing some research I decided to go with a size 6 and they fit perfect!
Comfy out of box
Awesome to wear right out of the box. I have a feeling I will wear these with just about anything all summer long. So comfortable and cute!!!
Comfy sandles!
Ok I been debating on Chaco for awhile .. love the idea . The only reason for loss of star is because this brand doesn’t make half sizes . I typically wear a 7 1-2 so I bought a 8 since the 7 would be small I’m assuming . Well the 8 are big of course but nothing that’s so terrible to return a shoe over ... at least not a sandle when you can tighten it down .. but I wouldn’t buy again off that simple fact possibly so I’ll note that do the company itself , other then that there super comfortable!
Not comfortable enough.
The non-adjustable strap across the foot is too tight and the strap about the toe is a bit loose. I usually wear a 9.5 and ordered a 10. I am guessing that a 9 might have been a better length since these look a bit too long? I also do not like the way the footbed feels near the heel where the strap enters. I will need to return this once REI opens up again.
In place of custom orthotics
With this sandal I can forgo using my expensive custom orthotics in the summertime and let my feet breathe & not have to be in sneakers. The infinitely adjustable strap allows me to customize the fit. My only regret is that I have to make my own belt loop type device so that all of the excess strap at the heel doesn’t flop around on the ground. I wish Chacos came with such a loop.

Love these sandals. Soft yet supportive and durable sole. Easy to adjust for a perfect fit. Own another pair of chaco sandals, but think I will always buy this style without the toe loop from now on!
Terrible design
The soles were the perfect size, and seemed like they'd be exceptionally comfortable. The non-adjustable cross strap was far, far too small. (There's also an adjustable cross strap, but it was pointless since the other wasn't adjustable.) You'd have to have a very flat, very low volume foot that is also normal length and width for these to fit.
Should not have ordered online during a pandemic
I love the look of the sandals, but there is a small piece of fabric on the side of the shoe that is rubbing and irritating my foot. I have tried adjusting them several times but to no avail. I even tried walking around the house with them on for several hours in hopes that they would shape themselves to my feet but that hasn't worked either. I haven't been able to get to the store to get their help because of the lock down, so I don't know if I'll be able to return them within the designated time frame. It's disappointing because I have heard such marvelous things about these sandals.
Totally worth it
I bought these sandals to wear to the beach when I moved to Washington State this spring. They were quite a bit more expensive than competing brands on Amazon, but I'm so glad I bought these instead. Not only are they great for wearing to the beac, but I also appreciated the arch support and overall quality. They are so comfortable, that I wore them on warm days to hike and lived in them all summer. I'm so glad I decided to buy these instead of a less expensive brand.

These sandals are PERFECT! I couldn't be happier. Sole is super cushioned, So beautiful! I am so thrilled with this purchase (after original disappointment when I thought they were too small, I went to website to look for bigger size and watched a video about how to adjust the fit.) So glad I did.
