HOW TO MEASURE:
Neck: Around the fullest part of the neck, at the base.
Chest: Around the chest, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
Sleeve: From the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist.
Waist: Around the narrowest part of the waist.
Hip: Around the widest point of the hips.
Inseam: From the crotch to the anklebone on the inside of the leg.

Yes , I recommend this product
I just received my rain shell but love it already. The fabric is great feels like a normal rain shell. I ordered a large (5’4” and 135 pounds) and am glad I did. The back covers my behind and the cut is pleasantly loose. I expected the helmet hood and wish it were not as big, but it does adjust in back and I think it will be ok. The sleeves are fine, they are long but the Velcro closure keeps them above my hands, and if it is raining I like sleeves long to cover my hands. Overall I recommend this light-weight rain shell and expect it to last me a long time. I hope so anyway as it is expensive — I see the jacket as a long term investment.
