Great jacket essentially, but zippers kept getting caught on inner fabric. Breast pocket zipper eventually caught under fabric and tore it. Have sent for repair 2 weeks ago but heard nothing. Pity.
Hi StuartT, That does not sound good. Customer Experience will contact you to find a solution.
I bought the product by a short time, but I like it.
I love this jacket. It is super warm so I wear it daily during the winter, and with only a tee shirt underneath. it is a very versatile jacket so I can wear it under my Lofoton Gore Tex ski jacket on the coldest days in the mountains. Lastly, it just looks awesome. It runs a bit big. All my other Norrona jackets are a medium, but in this jacket I am a small.
I already own the previous version of this jacket, but with the hood. I wanted the hoodless version for skiing, as l find the hood just gets in the way when you wear a helmet. This new version takes the great features of the old version (weight, warmth, pack ability), and enhances the fit and finish. I’m a slim 1.82m and 68kg, and medium fits perfectly.
Bought primarily as a mid layer to go under the tamok outer jacket. Love the red colour and styling. Keeps me super warm but packs away tiny. Get of compliments on it. i have also noticed the nod you get from fellow norrona fans on the slopes. A quiet nod from strangers that says you have great taste in kit.
Bought this at the end of the skiseason to wear under my shell on cold days but I just can’t stop wearing it, well into summer now it is a great friend on chilly mornings and packs really minimal in a small bag or backpack.I have the hood-version as well but this is really more practical
One of my favorite mid-layer jackets. Slim, comfy and warm. Usually I'm size M. With 176cm at 76kg for this jacket I'm between sizes M and S with M being way too large and S being a tad tight around the shoulders (I climb and boulder regularly). So I returned the M and got me an S.
Bought this about a month ago. Bought large and it fits really well. I’m 177cm height with 107cm chest. I like the cut which is not loose and the insulating properties are great. I was in a cold climate, but never noticed until I took the jacket off. The jacket packs away nicely
I have had several of these, not that they don’t last, just love variation. It’s absolute go to jacket for midseason outerlayer that keeps dry in a light drizzle. It’s also a perfect insulator under a shell. Although the fabric might seem light, I have yet to tear one.
I wear most things in a medium and this is a true medium fit. Nice and snug but plenty of flexibility for movement. The Arednalin colour is vibrant - just how I like it! There are so many down jackets on the market, but there is no comparison to the quality of Norrona!
