Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements. Some women's pants are available in petite and tall sizes. Typically petite sizes fit women 4'11" to 5'3". Regular sizes fit women 5'4" to 5'8". Tall sizes fit women 5'9" to 5'11".
PETITE: Generally, as compared to regular sizes, petite sizes are 2.5 inches shorter in inseam, 1 inch shorter in body length, 1.25 inches shorter in sleeve length and Âľ inch shorter in total rise.
TALL: tall sizes are 3 inches longer in inseam, 2 inches longer in body length, 2.5 inches longer in sleeve length and 1.25 inches longer in total rise.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

These pants feel very good, but the butt/hip area doesn't retain shape very well through use, and loosens up more than I'd like. Very breatheable.

Best base layer/pajama leggings

These are the best leggings I've found. They're made of a nice material that doesn't stick to clothes when you wear them as a base layer. They have a crotch gusset which prevents them from giving me a wedgie, so I can also wear them as pajamas.

I especially like the wide waistband. I bought a S in charcoal in store but really wanted black (hides the bumps better). There was a lavender and green but those are already sold out. So hopefully for the next run REI will make more colors. The fit is slightly loose so it is odd that the matching lightweight base layer shirt is very fitted. The fabric is good, slides easily under cotton.

5’3”, 115 lb, size S is perfect! Ankle snug enough that pant leg doesn’t pull up when adding a layer. They add that little bit of warmth that makes a difference! Wash and dry quickly. No shrinkage

I think these tights are really comfortable, however they are quite a bit large on me. I would expect them to be a little tighter. I am always around a size 2 to 4, and there was a lot of loose material with these. I did keep them because I can still get other pants over them.

Really sad that I needed to return this ones I tried them and they felt really comfortable compared with the icebreaker but when I tried to sleep with them in my sleeping bag they felt super itchy so I needed to return them

Warm but ventilated!! Nice and cozy base layer! Also good for camping and sleeping at night! They’re like leggings, but loose crotch area. The calves are a little tight and waist a little loose. But other than that I like em!! I’m 5’9” with long legs and got a medium. Maybeee could have done small, definitely not large.

I've been using these as PJ bottoms while camping and they are extremely comfortable. I like the extra space in the crotch area, it airs out any sweat and allows for movement. wish they had other colors of these!
