Consistantly Leaking Tiny Feathers

Purchased Nov 2018 and worn about a dozen times. The jacket looks great and it is warm however, I noticed consistent feather leaks along the seams and sometimes out of the fabric itself. This is the case on both the outside and inside the jacket. I have tiny feathers on my base layer and most annoyingly, sometimes I see feathers floating around inside my car when I'm driving! I have this in TNF Black so sometimes the jacket looks dirty because it has feathers sticking out.

Feathers constantly falling out

First negative review Ive had to leave for North Faces usually outstanding products. wore this for about a week and CONSTANTLY had feathers coming out. Im not very nit picky it was no small amount of feathers. They were coming out of the seams and just poking straight through the fabric in general. Ive seen these jackets in stores and even on the racks they have feathers coming out. Needless to say if you ignore that fact the jacket was very warm and pretty comfy. All that being said North Face was great during the easy refund process and I ended up ordering the Patagonia Down Sweater instead which will be a great substitute until North Face addresses this problem.

Great jacket

Very lightweight and you wouldn't think it's so warm... but it is!!! The fabric is soft yet water repellent. Definitely a good purchase, and the fit is slim not bulky like other down-filled jackets.

Warm, Light and Packable

Great look and fit. Packs up easy in it's own pocket, which is great for travel. Incredibly warm and I dig the grey color. Very happy with this jacket.

Reliable North Face quality

My grandson is super tall, and super slender with long arms. I went by the chart and it showed that he was a medium. I was so reluctant to order a medium, afraid the arm length would be too short, but if I ordered a large he'd probably swim in it. I trusted the chart and a medium was PERFECT! Nice slim fit, long sleeves. The colors are great. Love the two different colors of inside and out, and love the orange 'North Face' stitching on the front, and back shoulder. He's crazy about it.

The one I was waiting for.

The stretch is just what I needed. I was looking at the thermoball and didn't like the fit. I workout 4-5 days a week and have broad shoulders and liked the large for the top half and a medium for the bottom half. This jacket in a medium works great. The stretch gives me the movement I was looking for without being to bulky. It is plenty warm and doesn't make me look like the Michelin Man. I have been comfortable in the low 20s while casually walking. Very happy with the jacket.

Down feathers everywhere

I've had this for a few months now and I can't get the little white feathers to stop poking out of the jacket. I spend a few minutes each day to clear them all out because it looks terrible on the black jacket. I've called customer service and they said to send it to warranty but that means I'll be out of a winter jacket for 4-6 weeks. It's a great jacket, but I think I might have gotten a defective one since I'm the only one complaining about this.

Great quality jacket. Perfect for colder weather.

Love this coat. Decided to update my jackets. Formerly was wearing an old Denali and Apex jacket. Living in Colorado and love this coat for everyday wear. Wearing it to and from the gym. Keeps me warm, for sure. Only issue I have with it, is that it likes to soak up every smell. Go to a restaurant wearing this coat and it will smell like that restaurant for a few days.

I love this jacket!

I normally wear a peacoat and I do not like how rough it is on my neck. So I wanted to get something comfortable, so I invested in this coat and I am SO glad that I did. It seems really thin, but it is super warm. I go out and snowblow in it and everything just fine. I've gotten multiple compliments on it as well.
