Superb pants. Silly naming convention
The naming convention for Kuhl (i.e., “cool”) makes it tough to remember which version / model you like. That said this particular pair are GREAT.
Very comfortable
I think the Aktion Renegade are very comfortable. The design with tapered legs gives it style and makes the look appear slim. I have thick thighs however, the fit is prefect. Cheers to Kuhl for their artistic vision along with a versatile look, outdoors and rugged with city street appeal.
The most comfortable pants I own
I try not to wear these pants all the time because my girlfriend hates it when I try to wear them out to dinner. But they are SO COMFORTABLE. By far the most comfortable non-lounge pants I’ve ever owned. Going back to jeans after these feels like a donning a straightjacket. The only thing I don’t like is the stupid two-tone look on the side seam. I wish they could’ve gone with a different material that blends more with the overall pants.
Great in the rain and great looking
These Kuhl renegade pants have proven to be very versatile. They are great in the rain and look good enough to wear off the trail. I plan to take the on an upcoming trip to Europe in case of rainy weather.
Well built, comfortable and versatile
I wear these as casual, everyday pants and they’re great. It is a slim fit which is good for me and they’re extremely comfortable without looking too casual.
My go-to pants for hiking and casual wear
Love these hiking pants! Lots of built in stretch points for flex where I need them. Cozy fit and stylish enough with durability galore. I like the side pocket that accommodates my iPhone nicely. I wear them on all my hikes and many days as casual wear at the office. They seem to hold up well without need for frequent washing so. Pricey for sure but worth the stretch.
Great but not great
Great fit but the fabric sticks to your legs on the inside unlike other Kuhl pants. Lots of static cling even after spraying with anti static.
Happy Pants
I wasn't even looking for a pair of pants. I tried these on and just had to have them. The fit was perfect and the flex in material makes them one of the most comfortable pants I've ever owned.
