Great on the rad!
I have many pairs of these on my road bikes, REI has good prices. I ride 2,500 to 5,000 miles a year. They are great. Better than SPD.
Look KeO Max Pedals
Purchased these to replace older look pedals, the platform and adjustability are excellent. Easily in and out of the pedals, very smooth pedaling actions. Installation was quick with an Allen wrench, so far after several rides they're functioning perfect. Price point is excellent for these pedals.
Bad design
I used the same pair of Look pedals for 15-20 years on my road bikes and they were fine. After a year of light riding these pedals started creaking badly, unlike any pedal I have used. They aren't defective, just and incredibly bad design.
Terrible pedals. Unless you are lucky .
These were good pedals when I first got them but developed a creak after a few months. I've cleaned, torqued them and still have creaks. Buy SPD don't waste your time
Very good pedals
Pedals work great, nice secure fit, easy to unclip. Others claimed pedals were difficult to unclip, which I do not find to be the case. Of course there is an adjustment screw for tightness.
Pedals creak under torque
Have two pairs of KEOs, one carbon and the other the standard and they both have an annoying creak when climbing out of the saddle. Searching on the web, this issue appears commonplace. For just tooling around they are fine. Switched back to my old Deltas which after 25 years don’t make any noises.
Solid but Too Tight
Lovely construction and design, but even on lowest (default) setting, hard to get out of. This is a known oft-reported issue with these pedals. Need to twist right foot in, toward wheel, to get out - not acceptable. Will be replacing.
Fantastic Clipless Road Pedals
These are fantastic Look pedals! Up to 9 degrees of float which lessens stress on your knees. Easy to install, too. I recommend these highly if you’re looking for clipless pedals.
