I use it daily
I originally bought this because it’s bright pink (would be an easy identifier on trails) and smaller than my day pack (great for shorter hikes); however, even outside of hiking it has basically become my go-to daily “purse.” Sure it matches absolutely none of my work clothes, but it’s the perfect size to prevent me carrying oodles of useless stuff back and forth every day. Couldn’t recommend it more! plus I spilled coffee on it one day and quickly shook it off, and my phone stayed dry inside of the back (so its at least water resistant!)
Very spacious
This pack is just what I needed. I broke my humerus by the shoulder 5 weeks ago and will not be able to carry a backpack anytime soon. I will definitely use this pack next time we hike, probably in few days. I was able to pack it with a first aid kit, small trowel, toilet paper tablets, sunscreen, poncho, mosquito head net, wet ones, a whistle and a regular size bottle of water. Since I'm not allowed to go farther than 3 miles at this point that will be enough water for now. I tried it on and it feels awesome. Oh, and there is still space for a little snack of some sort. Maybe over the summer I will graduate to the lumbar day pack, but for now this pack is perfect. Oh, and as the other reviewers said, the colors are super pretty.
Love it!
I have been wanting this pack for forever, but didn't like that I couldn't choose the colors when ordering directly from cotoapaxi. So excited to find it in store! It's really well made and it's a great size, not to mention it's SO CUTE!
Roomy and Stylish
I absolutely love how roomy this pack is. I went into REI to look at different packs and this one was by far the standout because of how spacious it is. I like to take my dogs on long walks so room for treats, doggy bags, my phone, and a few more small accessories is a must. This pack accommodates all of those things without a problem. Because of how Cotopaxi gear is made, your color scheme will be different than the last. This is great because you can pick colors that mesh with your style and preferences. I like darker earth-tone colors and I found a pack that matched my style perfectly.
Cute, but flimsy
This is a super cute bag, but too flimsy for everyday use. The lack of structure causes my things to easily pour out when unzipped. I am also disappointed that the logo on the front is starting to peal off.
Incredibly good looking, very well-made
I read about this waist pack in a well-known newspaper and was immediately drawn to how unique it looks. Each piece is a work of art. I wanted one because of its color versatility. I’ve already gotten compliments on it. It goes with so many things and carries everything that I need. It also is adjustable for a variety of not only hip sizes, but also it can be worn on the shoulder.
Super cute, holds a lot
I like this fanny pack, and use it as a hip pack or a crossbody depending on the situation. I bought mine in the store so I could choose my favorite combo of colors, which turned out great. I often use this on quick hikes or just long walks with my dog, so I have somewhere to carry her water and treats and such. It's super cute, and the strap is very adjustable. The only downside is that there's just two little mesh pockets within the main compartment, and the rest is just an open bag, so things can shift around or move depending on what you're carrying. I really like it as a lightweight bag when I don't want a real backpack or purse.
Love the look, hate the design
So much potential, but considering the cost the design is sorely lacking. The interior is a large open pocket with two smaller mesh pockets placed at the very back of the body. So for items you want quick access to (e.g., keys, chapstick, etc) you must dig past anything else contained in the main compartment. Would work much better with a front pocket and a key clip would be useful. I hate to return as it looks very catching, but the pack has a long way to go to be truly useful and convenient.
Cute and functional!
First of all I was able to pick this up in-store, so getting to choose between the different color varities was fun! This fanny pack holds everything you need for a quick hike or for all day city adventure. I'm able to fit my 16oz nalgene bottle, cell phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, and with room to spare! I love how it can also be worn on the waist, across the front, or across the back like a sling bag (depending on weight, some of these are more comfortable than others). My *only* complaint is that it could have used an additional larger pocket inside for storage. It does have 2 small slots inside but a bigger one would have been useful too. Definitely glad to have picked this up!
Love it
My daughter and I got these to downsize purses for our trip to universal. First, fun picking out our individual color combos as each one in store was a different combo. They are such a great size and hold the perfect amount of daily necessities. Over a month since our trip and it’s what I use when running errands.
