Nice cycling shoe
Lightweight yet stiff foot bed. Overall very comfortable for riding and walking.
Very pleased
Great casual bike shoe. Light weight, stiff sole, breaths well. Wore them right out of the box on 500 mile RAGBRAI ride. Very comfortable.
If the shoe fits.....
These shoes are comfortable,lightweight.also got tgem on sale... like the triple crown of biking.. in the big picture i'll wear them next summer on a 6200 mile ride. The break on period os going well.
Great Shoe Quality and Comfort
These Pearl Izumis are like wearing a pair of comfortable walking shoes and they've lasted a long time. Maybe Altra should sell to Pearl Izumi as they seem to know how to build a durable shoe.
Downgrade from previous model
These are meant to replace the X-Alp Drift IV, which is a fantastic shoe. It’s not nearly as comfortable. Found the old model through brand web site and ordered a replacement for the ones I lost. Returned these. If you can’t find your size in the Drifts, I suppose these would be fine.
Good Replacement for Older "walkable" shoes.
Shoes work fine so far. Have not tried to wash them yet. Click in and out easily.
How can one whowash the shoes after a hard cycling
I love the shoes. I do cycling 3 to 4 days per week. I sweat a lot while cycling and my shoes get extremely sweaty and wet. Is there any suggestions that you can give me in cleaning the shoes that gets wet from my sweat. The shoes gets very smelly from my sweating. Thank you, Raphael
