More power in my spin class

I take spin 2-3 times per week and have been using the cages they offer for almost a year. My instructors kept telling my if I had spin shoes I would have more power. I had not made the investment because I didn’t want the clunky hard space looking spin shoe so when I saw they looked like sneaker I began reading the reviews. Since reviewers said they were comfy and able to walk around in them after a spin class I decided to give them a try. I have to say they upped my spin class game and I can go shopping right after with out them feeling like a hard spin shoe. They are firmer than a sneaker but they are not Hard plastic and I love the that I can lace them up as much as I need. These are my first spin shoe purchase and I am very pleased.

The rough sole is a winner!

I like the shoe as it is great when you need to hike a bike. It runs large for the indicated size. The stiffness is good and comfortable. The heel runs a little bit large otherwise a good choice for a narrow foot.

comfortable, sturdy cycling shoe

I teach a cycle class and purchased these to wear there although they would be a great outdoor shoe as well. Most cycling shoes are too narrow for my foot. These fit well, are comfortable and have good support. I typically wear shoes in the 9 to 10 size range EU 40-41. These are a 42 so I would assume they run just a bit small.

Very comfortable shoes. Nice stability and support when doing a "hike a bike" on occasion. Only negative is laces, I prefer buckles.
