Great pant. Light weight, flexible, quick-drying, and comfortable. Great for hitting the trails and staying out there all day. Good fit for high activity and fabric is reasonably durable.

The knee tore out of this pant the first time my son wore it. Didn’t take a big fall just knelt on the trail to tie his shoe, little stumble when standing up and it was all over. Very disappointed. REI would not exchange or refund.

These are pretty cool pants for kids with a fluffy shell. They fit active style so are perfect for hiking, durable shell for all kinds of outdoor trouble and I got them on the outlet so that’s even better.

Love these pants!

I bought these pants for my 10 year old son to wear to school because the uniform calls for khaki pants and here in FL it's HOT, and these seem like they'll breathe. These pants look great and seem like high quality. He plans to wear them everywhere.

I do love these pants. Here in the south, it's hot. My son school has a strict uniform policy. Jeans are too hot here in August. These are just right. They are flexible, move easily and comfortable. And mainly NOT TO HOT.

Perfect Pants for a teen

My son loves these NF slacks. They are lightweight, but comfortable for layering for riding to school in Michigan. Last year he lived in the zip off version , everything from school to 20 mile hike with his scout troop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fit. Allow me unrestricted movement. Can get soaked and then all dry in no time. Get them super dirty hand wash and hang dry, ready for next day's adventures.
