Light and strong

For a cord so thin, this is very strong. If you need to cut it, you will see how abrasion resistant it is too. Best way I found to cut it is with a hot knife, which cuts and seals together. On the note of heat, take care not to get this cord above 80C, throw it away if you do (obviously sealing the ends won't impact the main cord...) Cord is very slippery, so this must be joined with a triple fishermans or other approved knot. Double fishermans is not good enough.

In mine, sheath is nylon, core is dyneema.

The sheath determines the friction properties for knot-tying, with the caveat that it is so stiff, it is hard to tie a 3x fisherman, and the knot must really be worked to cinch it tight. I broke a fig-8-on-bight at 2000 lbs, which is about as expected, as the knot tests to reduce the stregth to about 65%.

Lightweight, high strength

This cord is great. I used it to tie a foot loop. High strength for little weight - would make a great cordelette.

Titan cord cordelette

Perfect length for a cordelette. No need to cut and waste material, unlike the 30’ package of Sterling 7 mm nylon accessory cord. I was concerned with the stiffness compared to traditional nylon cord, but it works remarkably well in all cordelette applications including gripping well with a klemheist friction hitch. The only real downside is the fact that a double or triple fisherman’s knot is required to tie it in a loop; can’t use a flat overhand like with nylon, which limits its application.

great for cordalette

Bought this to initially re sling some old hexes but then decided it’s better as a cordalette for anchors. Light and easy to untie after weighted. Also REI goofed and I got it for $5

Great for top rope anchors

Bought this to build top rope anchors over standard 7-8mm cord since it was lighter and stronger. The manufacturer’s instructions recommended a double fisherman’s knot for tying it into a loop, but I used a triple fisherman’s knot instead due to the thinness. It worked great for a quad-anchor.

Handles alright, but its dyneema!

If you're looking for an experience like your regular 5mm accessory cord, this isn't it. The dyneema is stiffer and slipperier than nylon. Popular wisdom says you need a triple fisherman's to join a loop instead of a double. BUT! It's so strong. If a little confidence in your gear is what you need, look no further.
