Features

  • It's also the biggest contributor to the Eagle drivetrain's ultra-smooth, precise, durable and quiet performance
  • Eagle chainlinks have a smooth radius with no sharp edges or chamfers, yielding a significant reduction in noise, friction and wear on chainrings and cassette cogs
  • This design also allows for a flatter plate, which means more consistent chain riveting and greater overall strength
  • Hard Chrome technology extends the chain's optimal performance life, and a titanium nitride coating decreases corrosion and further reduces friction
  • Eagle PowerLock chain connector with Flowlink technology provides better chain-guiding and increased longevity

Lasts so much longer than other chains

My bike came with a NX chain, that lasted ~500 miles before needing to be replaced I put a GX chain that lasted ~550 miles before needing replacement I currently have ~1200 miles on this chain and there is virtually no wear on it. from a pure cost perspective it will have to last 3x longer than a gx chain which it appears it will but it also reduce wear on other drivetrain components since it is wearing so much slower, letting me keep my cassette longer one other nice thing, being black with an oil slick master link makes it not only look great, but also super easy to spot the master while lubing/cleaning the chain

Great chain!

Great chain...put it on my 1x11. Totally works well, just make sure you tune up your limit screws and indexing if you are going to run it on an 11 speed.
