Lightweight and warm but shrunk after one wash

Tried on the XL in the store and it was too large for me. The cuffs were 4 inches too long. Settled on the L where the cuffs were 1.5 inches too long but the overall fit was perfect for me. Sharp looking and modern. Tried it hiking in the mountains and it was the perfect weight and warmth for me. Packable enough to fold up and carry in your backpack for when you need it. After one cold water wash though it has shrunk to be skin tight and I must stretch it out in all directions in order to wear it again but it still is too tight in all dimensions. I could only wear this now with a nylon tee shirt underneath and nothing more. Great concept in lightweight warmth but size up one size if you are buying this. Probably designed for less athletic builds and taller guys but not shorter muscular ones.

Tall husband

Bought this for hiking in chilly Portland last month. My husband is tall with very long arms. This is an athletic cut and looks great on long and lean guys!

I am 6' 2" and 165lbs and wearing the medium. It fits very well and I really like how it is a tapered fit.

Jacket

Great coat. Comfortable. Warm for what it is. Breathed decent. Try on before you buy 3 different large jackets all fit different. Initially thought I needed an xl then tried on a couple of them and they got to be to big. Tried on various lattes some were to tight somefit fine.
