I love these skis! About a year ago I moved into a van and did a full season of ski-bumming on the Epic Pass. I set up them up as touring skis, but mostly used them in the resort. I haven't owned many skis in my life, but these have by far been the best. They are narrow enough to be fun on the groomers, wide enough to be fun in off-piste and powder days. They're also light enough to work well as touring skis. I'm 5'4", and an intermediate-advanced skier, and I found the 162CM length to be perfect.
I tried this ski at Deer Valley, and the experience was wonderful It almost skis itself. Super light weight, but hefty enough to break thru the crud when needed. Versital both on and off piste
Demoed skis and shortly thereafter bought them. Have much more confidence skiing in powder. Now our daughter has just bought a pair as well as two friends who also demoed these skis.
It had dumped 5 ft of snow in a weeks time I arrived w o powder skies happy to b informed of the yut picked out a pair and the rest is well a new found love of the French rosssy
I demoed these wide boys for the deep powder we got that week and was able to get through it all! Perfect for steeps and the trees!
I had fun with the Soul and Sky in all the powder seriously considering purchasing a pair
