Great boot, need wide sizes

I decided to update all my gear after a decade, and these were my first purchase. I've used them 3 times at this point, and they're pretty good after a bit of a break-in period. Stiff enough as an all-mountain boot, and they pair well with my 2017 Burton Cartel bindings. My one issue is with REI not carrying the wide sizes. When I tried them on in the store, the employee was helpful, but very much pushed that they would stretch after breaking them in. This was true, but not really enough to be perfectly comfortable, and I still had to go up a half-size for fit. I find that anytime I'm not actually on the board and moving, there are still hot spots around the widest part of my foot. I wear a wide shoe, and I think the wide version of this boot would have been perfect. I probably should have returned them, but they're not uncomfortable enough that I can't make do. But I still wish REI would carry the wide version.

A solid boot at an accessible price

I've ridden these boots four times so far in varying conditions at my local resort. With thin wool socks, my feet stayed warm on the cold days and comfortable on the warmer days. It took a bit to get used to a stiffer boot, my previous boots were on the soft side, but after getting used to that I deem these boots good for an all around rider looking to upgrade into something nicer. As far as fit, I wear a 10.5 shoe normally, but my foot is on the wider side. I bought these in an 11 and they fit just right. I am curious how much the fit will loosen up as the insert breaks in more. I am a fan of the speed lace system and the way the insert tightens. Heel lift has not been a problem at all. The boot seems to be on the lighter side as well.

Better then K2

I bought these as a second choice to the K2 boa period I returned the K2 boots as they were too stiff no flexibility. These Burton boots offer more flexibility and comfort.

Easy to tighten and loosen. Light weight

Very easy to tighten and loosen with gloves on once you figure out how to. The boots run small, I wear a 9 but the 9 put my foot to sleep. A 9.5 did the trick.
