I’m not a hoody guy. I now own four.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been converted. After a number of attempts at finding satisfaction during the great hoody trend that began over a decade ago, I gave up. On to more recent times when I first purchased Ten Thousand shorts and immediately became a fan; the offer of a hoody presented itself. The maroon color and fit on the models drew me in. I got the zip version. I was sold-now I own a total of four, although the others are pull-overs, which I prefer. They are wearing well with minimal fading. They regulate moisture and temperature very well for the weight of the fabric. Oh yes, they don’t feel restrictive but remain close fitting. And like my shorts, they get compliments often.
Worth 5 regular hoodies
The hoodie is perfect! Let me break it down by the features that were most important for me. First and foremost I wanted the length at the bottom to accommodate overhead stretching without showing my belly. Perfect fit as a large. I wanted it to stay smell free for at least three workouts. That works perfectly. The additional zipper pockets are perfect for tucking away your keys, ring or phone while doing warmups. Good sleeve grip at the end of the arms. Has that same trademark cool-to-the touch but neautral temp material that I love. For under 30 degrees I’d layer up before workout but during you will be fine.
Best Hoodie for All Conditions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to spend this much on a hoodie, but I am so glad I did! The fit and feel of this piece is not your every day, soft cotton hoodie. It’s soft, smooth, and silky but is still very warm. I have worn it almost nonstop since it came in. It is great for lounging around on the couch, it pairs well with jeans and work pants, works as a layer or standalone for hiking, and it actually moves well enough for workouts when the garage space is cold. This hoodie is rad, and it is a reminder of why I only buy Ten Thousand clothing. High quality, wear resistant, form fitting, rad gear!

The feel and fit is by far my favorite. The small extra zipper pockets are perfect for carrying my keys and AirPod pros. when going to physical therapy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another great from TT. Versatile hoodie that can easily transition from gym to everyday wear. Perfect weight for a range of Temps. However, my recent few TT long-sleeve purchases are seeming to run a bit bigger than my old TT. I'm 5'9" 179LBS with an athletic frame. Large used to fit me perfectly (all my TT tops are Large) but this hoodie fits a bit big. Not too bad but, I would've returned it for a medium were it not final sale at time of purchase. For reference, I bought this exact hoodie in black size Large over a year ago, and that fit is spot on!
Great hoodie
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable hoodie, fit is a bit more slim than expected but a x-large still fits fine. Feels good to the touch, the seem at the front of the neck hole ripped a little bit when taking it off once, that part isn’t as stretchy as the rest of the hoodie which surprised me but it just popped like one seam, otherwise it feels very good and like it will be durable. The gray color shows stains really easily though. If your drip like anything on the front of the hoodie you’ll probably have to spot treat it before putting it in the wash.
Wrist stitching broke but otherwise amazing hoodie
Within first weeks the stitching on the wrist split (think a thumb hole on the wrist opened up). Totally still workable and usable but just not the durability I would have liked. Otherwise fit, style, and the quality of feel is on point. The service team also gave me a small credit for the breakdown and let me keep the hoodie which I thought was a fair exchange. Sizing runs a tough smaller with it being wool as it clings a bit, so unless you like your hoodies a bit on the neater side to the body, go a size up.
Perfect for layering or Training in a cool space

I've found that it's a good weight for layering when out running errands or lifting in a space that's a little cool. It keeps me warm enough that I can break a sweat, but breathable enough that I don't feel suffocated by a thick cotton hoodie. The fit is perfect. As a smaller person with an athletic build, it's hard to find a hoodie that doesnt feel boxy or bulky, so it's nice to find one that is trim but also allows enough room to have a base layer under it for training.

I bought the midweight tech hoodie after falling in love with the Interval shorts and I’ve really been blown away by the quality and comfort of this hoodie. Is it expensive? Yes, but it is absolutely worth it in my opinion. It is silky soft to the touch and fits perfectly. It has me wanting to replace all of my other hoodies with these. Now I’m curious how the merino tech hoodie compares to this. I 100% love this hoodie and I could not recommend getting one anymore. Buy one and you won’t be sorry that you did.
