Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and functional I bought this item over a month ago and I really like it. It is very comfortable; I like that the "diaper" liner is removable. I ride every day about 25 miles and I like having bike clothes that can also be my regular "street" clothes and this one does it very well. I have ridden the outer part with regular underwear on my rides and it works fine. The zippered pocket on the right side bothered me with the cell phone in it but not on the left side. I also tried riding with my cell phone in the upper non-zippered pocket and it was fine as well. I had concern the cell phone might fall out but seems my concern was unfounded. I think it is well designed and well made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE nicest pair of Hiking Shorts! I actually bought these for hiking. These are the most stellar pair of hiking shorts I have ever seen. I'm not using the liner padded undies, just the shorts. They are black mesh ventilated between your legs, on the sides everywhere you NEED ventilation! And, they are not see thru. I actually didn't sweat in them (& I hiked in 90 degree weather in the desert all day, today & no shade). I also like that the inseam is longer (every single convertible hiking pant I've had, is too short in the "shorts" inseam, & rides up to the nether regions when sitting, & are too revealing). In addition they are ever so slightly stretchy - so they move with you & drape nicely on your body. They have a lot of deep pockets - with lightweight zippers - so you can actually stuff a ballcap in them. I love these, never seen anything like them, & will be buying another pair!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shorts! These shorts are awesome needless to say. I purchased them in the spring and used them throughout summer, and into fall. The fit of the shorts were spot on. They have good stretch, so on the hot muggy days when all your clothes stick to you they will allow you full range of motion. The exterior shell is tough as nails, and easy to clean. Plenty of storage pockets to keep your smaller items (keys, wallet, ect...). The only negative I have is the padding, but hey get out of the saddle and go on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing new Zoic Ether shorts These Ether shorts are the most comfortable, and stylish looking shorts I ever worn, and I've tried them all(Fox, Mavic, Endura, Royal, Oakley) Most mtb short are either little too tight or a little too big. With the flexible rear waist band they always feel perfect. They are the prefect length in my opinion, and i love the color options. Pockets and ventilation zippers are in the correct spots. I'm very happy with these and will be buying more in different colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent and worth the Money Worn these on 3 long rides now and they are extremely comfortable. The underlining is much more comfortable than you would expect and the shorts are just the right size, not too baggy and not too tight. Only drawback is that the pockets are hard to unzip with one hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big Fan of the Zoic Short I already owned a black pair of the same shorts. Got the Fresh color and they are styling. I am a big guy and they have a nice fit. The front pockets will hold your smart phone, wallet or whatever you toss in them. I am riding enough and the velcro adjustment is perfect. My first pair of shorts is more than a year and looks and functions as great today as when new. The liner also functions well, but I prefer not to attach it to the shell. Zoic, do not wreck this design. You have a winner. You could add to it but do not take away.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Baggy, Long, Bulky Plenty of bells and whistles, light material. WAAAY too bulky and baggy for technical mountain biking. I'm 5'8", 150, 31inch waist. Size M is perfect at the waist but very long and baggy. You will catch the pants on your seat, get bound by the legs as they sag, and generally be annoyed by these. I realize road bike fashion is one step removed from clown wear, but tighter stretchier pants, despite lowering your Enduro cred, will work better. The Zoic shorts do look good at the bar though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very well designed I recently bought a second pair of these because I am mountain biking more frequently. My older pair are comfortable, have held up very well, and easily fit the things I want to stash in my pockets while riding. I keep keys in the secure zippered pockets on the front. The new pair fit just as well and the fabric seems strong and slightly lighter. The inner chamois is very comfortable, and because it is completely separate from the outer shorts, fits snugger and more comfortably than other mountain bike shorts I have tried with the inner chamois shorts attached.
