True to KEEN style
I have to admit up front that I am a big fan of KEEN. I have KEEN boots, lace-up shoes, and sandals. Some of the reviews made me nervous about this shoe, but I decided to try it, and I was not disappointed. It's true that the shoe is hard to get on, and I'm sure a shoe horn would be helpful. My feet are on the narrow side, and I noticed the heel seemed loose when I first put them on. But after walking around a bit, I guess my feet "warmed up" and they fit just fine. They are just as comfortable as any of my other KEENs and I'm happy with this purchase.
Nurses!! This shoe is for you!!
I’ve been a nurse for 30 years and have always worn running shoes. However recently my hospital made it mandatory to wear a shoe that is able to be “wiped”, in case of any “bio fluids” that may spill on the shoe. I have been resisting this trend cause danskos are SO stiff and uncomfortable. While visiting Seattle I tried these on and fell in love!! they are very comfortable, my foot is on the wider side. These shoes did not need breaking in. I spend up to 12 hours on my feet and feel great at the end of the day! I highly recommend these for nurses!! Not only are they super comfy, but the look cool!!
Great for city walking....
My husband took me on a 16 mile walk along the Riverwalk in San Antonio. These did the job & they're super comfy....like slippers.
Great Winter Shoes
I love these shoes, great slip on shoe especially for winter, nice tread and leather uppers, like all keens the wider width makes wearing thicker socks comfortable.
Looks nice, but hard to fit
Bought these for Mom, who really tried hard like Cinderella's sisters to get the slip-on to slip on, but no luck. A full size larger than usual was still too hard to get into for her, so we went with something else. Too bad, because she really liked the style.
Highly comfortable.
I love these shoes, wear them most days. I've had mine a couple of years and wear them most days. Fit is perfect (I have a wide foot.) My surgeon recommended them to help me avoid leg surgery.
Has to return
There shoes were so low in height that It was impossible to get them on and i do not have high arches.
Keen does not disappoint
These are probably my 10th pair of Keens. I almost didn't order them based on another review, as I did order one pair of Keens in the past that didn't fit well. But these fit like a glove. No breaking-in needed - they are as comfortable as I've come to expect from Keen.
