One fatal flaw, otherwise on par with others.

As an electric pump, it does everything they say it does and is pretty standard amongst its competition. One thing it does differently is that it requires a min of 5 psi to pump air. What this means, is if you have, say a flat tire to inflate, you need to start pumping with something else before this is useful. I confirmed with Flextail and they confirmed this is a safety feature and works as intended. They advised brining another pump or CO2, ith me to get it to the min psi. Of course, if I bring something else why would I bring the Flextail. It is now a travel/garage pump only, but not for on the road use. I have a different additional one from different company for that now.

Gamechanger!

I liked this device on its specs (low size and weight) and price (vs other e-pumps) so decided to give it a try. Works as advertised in the garage; just had it's first real pump-up from zero with a flat on the road, and it passed the test with flying colors. I'm now confident enough to replace the CO2, and possibly also the mini-pump. On gravel, given the digital gauge, it opens up the possibility of adjusting tire pressure based on surface conditions on the road, an unanticipated bonus. Only note of caution is that it's not waterproof, and comes with a flimsy plastic case that's already worn holes in it from friction in the saddlebag. Still, I couldn't recommend it more.

No cutomer service for bad pump

No cutomer service for bad pump I can only pump up 1 tire at a time. If I let the pump cool down for 20 minutes or so it is not able to pump up a 2nd tire. This is a 700x28 tire. With one bar left the pump stops and displays a E10 message. I made the mistake of touching the valve stem and my finger and thumb were sore for 15 or 20 minutes from the burn. After 10 emails it appears they will not send another pump or give me a refund. Almost all my emails were answered with a auto reply asking about the problem, asking for a picture and asking for a video. Once I sent a video showing the pump stopping with one bar on the display and showing a error message I didn't even get a auto reply. The pump is only good enough to top off tires at home. I purchased the pump direct from the company.

Inflates to higher pressure than a mini hand pump.

Bought to have in the kit bag on my bike for the dreaded flat tire after a friend that I was riding with used it to inflate a tire after a flat. Worked pretty well in my opinion a got it up to 90# in no time Haven’t used mine yet but seems well made and thought out. Options to inflate both presto and Schrader valves. Of course the downside is that it is one more “device” that has to be checked/charged for adequate charge before one heads out.

a solid, packable pump!

I think the usability of the pump is great! Easy to figure out, and comes with attachments for everything youd need. My only complaint is that it’s not water resistant

Doesn't work that well with tubeless tires

Doesn't work well with tubeless tires because tire sealant often adds resistance to the air going into tires. The gauge on the FLEXTAIL will read much higher tire pressure than what is actually in the tire and it will stop inflating before reaching the desired pressure. You can compensate for this by repeating the inflation process until you get the desired pressure.

Can’t Pump from Flat

It’s fast, easy, and not too loud for topping off, but I purchased to use in my roadside kit and it’s not clearly advertised that it can’t pump from 0 psi, so I will be returning.

Not enough pressure

Would only pump a road tire up to 46 psi. Also not good for Tpu stems due to heat. Maybe good for gravel tires with a metal stem.

Great little pump

Small enough to keep it in your pocket, and it's very powerful.
