HOW TO MEASURE:
Neck: Around the fullest part of the neck, at the base.
Chest: Around the chest, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
Sleeve: From the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist.
Waist: Around the narrowest part of the waist.
Hip: Around the widest point of the hips.
Inseam: From the crotch to the anklebone on the inside of the leg.

I bought this shirt in black. I am 5'9" broad shoulders (climber muscles) and a athleticurvy 170 lbs. I got the medium and it could not be more perfect. I love the length; not too short, not too long. Pairs perfectly with all kinds of bottoms. I can wear it climbing as a technical piece or I can wear it to the beach in South America with my straw hat and dress it up. I will likely purchase in more colors just because this is amazing.
Fantastic, high quality tee
I have this tee in 4 colors (black, tan, pink, green) and 2 sizes (S,M). I prefer the small for length as the tee stops perfectly at the top of my jeans (bust 34"; waist 28-29"). Cotton weight and quality is absolutely solid - feels durable. I wear them to work but once they start to wear out, I will transition them to climbing tees.
Weird Fit
Black Diamond's women's fit is all over the place in both their shirts and pants. I think they were going for the shorter type style shirt that's popular these days but it was really broad and boxy and wasn't very flattering.
Must have staple
This shirt feels very durable and is a flattering cut. I’m 5’3” and the size S hem sits perfectly at the top of my hips. Definitely recommend!
