Osprey Volt - Pathetic

Failed! Brand new, first trip and I’m packing up the bag a few hours from departure when I noticed a tear along the seam on the outside of the bag. Absolutely incredible. I’ve attached picks. I’ve lost all confidence and trust in Osprey. Unfortunately, I do have a day bag and wheeled bag I’m using on this trek and hope they don‘t fail. Fortunately, I was able to transfer my gear to a GoRuck M23 26L rucksack in combination with a wheeled Osprey FarPoint that saved the day and trip.
