At first when I tried these on they felt great - a perfect balance of enough sturdiness, flexibility and comfort. The overall design is great for minimizing weight while maintaining sufficient structure and strength. and it comes with a second type of shoelace for multiple options. However, after walking around with them at home for about 10 minutes to further test them, two hard knots formed on the sidewalls of the boots near the base of my pinky toes. It seems there is a spot of bunched up material in that spot that flexes inward when under stress; this made the boots unwearable as it caused a great deal of pressure on my feet in a small spot, and my feet quickly began aching and tingling. Unfortunately they are not suitable for even short ventures and I will have to return them.
