[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS IS A MUST-HAVE!! Goretex is built strong but elastic, Waterproof, lightweight, and the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. Interesting fact: my legs were hurting. I thought it was because of too much walking, but no! My old shoes were badly profiled! And my knees, my feet, and my back were hurting every day! This product is a MUST-HAVE for anyone! I don't think Adidas know how special a product you have created <3 I am a new fan of Adidas (please make logo smaller - small is classic <3) <3
A bit of a miss, I think - and I’ve had a lot of Boost shoes. Upper is extremely thin which feels cold all the time; your feet feel wet even if they aren’t, especially if using in rain. Lacing system isn’t that versatile and forefoot can’t really be locked in, which combined with the height makes for lots of lateral movement in the shoe. Not particularly easy to get on (unless you want to be even more unstable) and all too often I find myself wearing older UB GTX or the recently released TR instead. Not saying you won’t love these as it has all the ingredients to be an amazing shoe, but I would try other GTX offerings before coming back to these.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased several Adidas shoes, and I wanted to share my thoughts on my latest pair. Positive Features: The shoes have the right height (hills), which I appreciate. Once my feet are in, they fit well and feel good. Concerns: The entry part of the shoes is quite short, making it difficult to insert my feet each time. The entry does not stretch (fixed entry size), which can be uncomfortable. Despite being made of Gore-Tex, which is supposed to allow breathability, my feet develop a strong odor after only a short period of use. This has not happened with any of my other shoes. Overall, while I like the fit and height, the difficulties with entry and the odor issue are significant downsides for me.
The Ultraboost 5 is a top-notch running shoe that excels in comfort and performance. Its signature Boost midsole provides unmatched energy return and cushioning, making every step feel light and responsive. The Primeknit upper wraps the foot snugly, offering a secure yet breathable fit perfect for long runs or everyday wear. With its durable outsole and stylish design, the Ultraboost 5 combines functionality with fashion, making it a fantastic choice for runners and casual wearers alike.
has been serving me well so far. no snow water, no rain water, fast drying, great color, insane comfort, better toebox than other ultraboost 5X honestly i don't understand how the two can be so far apart in roominess at the same sizing. one would expect GTX be bulkier and therefore less roomy inside but the primeknit is super uncomfrotable in the toebox
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for winter and rainy days. I tried under the heavy raining without umbrella and my socks were were still happy. Super comfy cushion but the top is tighter than normal ultraboost (no stretch). Usually, I wear 11.5 for standard ultraboost, but this one is a bit tight and no go with thicker socks.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These running shoes feel like running on a cloud—hands down the most comfortable pair I’ve ever worn. I was impressed by how they cushioned every ground contact I made during road runs, making running long distances feel effortless.
very comfortable running shoes. very light. great shock absorption. not an avid runner, but run 5ks around london once a week with my run club, so they work for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A nice comfortable GTX trainer. Using it for walking when wet. Would be nice if they had variety of different colours in the Ultraboost 5 GTX range.
