Snow worthy!
Great boots, fit well, very sturdy, but I returned them because they are too heavy duty for an 80 year old woman. Would be great for a younger out doorsy type.
Not suitable for my purpose.
A second review of this boot. Not as satisfactory as I first thought. There is definitely a lift in the heel which is very disconcerting. The heel becomes unstable on surfaces, like slushy or icy snow covered ground. That makes them unusable for my intended purpose of dog walking. Again, as I previously stated, KEEN footwear is often too wide for my foot, and this is corrected by thick socks, but the heel fit just doesn't work for me.
Nice to find warmer winter boots at least
Keen footwear is usually too wide for me, but with insoles these will work fine. And finally a winter boot with warmth. Daily walks with my polar loving dog requires warm winter boots! I understand there used to be a taller boot of the same style, which would be nice, but if snowfalls continue to be less and shorter lasting, these are good. Until he pulls me into the tall drifts along our trail! The soles seem typical Keen strong, so I expect good traction.
Way Too Big
I bought the Keen Betty Short Boot online early in this winter season, and on sale. But these boots are ridiculously large in length, all around width and heel. I have Keen sandals, but these boots will not work with any thickness sock. They looked too big even in the box. Returning these to REI.
Warm, cute, and functional!
I like the boots so far. They’re a bit stiff but am hoping they will soften! I bought them because I could not find my favorite Keen boot which is the ankle high pull on anchorage boot for women anymore. I have been wearing this boot or version of it for more than 25 years. I love them! Now, the boot you are making for women is narrower in the toe, stiffer and less rugged. Please go back to the original style. These are your best boots ever! I wore them in all seasons to walk, hike, muck around..

I love these boots. Yes they run large, but that just means you buy a smaller size. The boots have been warm and great in the snow. Very comfortable and cute

Bought these early for winter use so it’s a little premature to comment.
