Great purchase
These pants are so handy. I recently moved to northern Minnesota. I like cold weather, but I don't like to -be- cold, and I actually like being bundled up. Weird, I know. So far, I've worn them under my Halloween costume, under my wind-resistant hiking pants, and under my yard work pants. They're not bulky at all and you can't tell from looking at me that I'm wearing anything extra, but they've kept me plenty warm while hiking, walking my dog, and finishing up a few late-season tasks around the yard in 20- to 30-degree weather. In addition to the discounted price, a major selling point for me was the snaps + zipper closure because I have a defined waist and the other down capris available just have that stretchy waist, which doesn't usually work for me. I'm often on the line between sizes Small and Medium and I'm glad I got the Medium so I don't have to worry about moving the wrong way. I'm 5'5 and 125 lbs.
