These are great! I bought them to have a pair of stretch Zion joggers to use on planes, and they've met that requirement. Lots of pockets, jogger fit, no buttons on the back to dig in while sitting. You might want to size up if you're going for an oversized look/fit. I tried on the medium and the large, and despite usually being an 8 in Prana pants, I opted for the large. The pants themselves are only a little bit larger, but the medium was quite snug in the waist, and a looser fit is comfier for a travel day. My only complaint is no zip pockets, but I knew that would be the case. The cargo pocket on the side is deep enough that I'm not worried about it most of the time though.

This item is dark gray!

The quality of this product is good, as expected from Prana. I was worried about the size since I border between L and XL, but the waist was stretchy & gave an extra few inches, so all was good. On my monitor, the pants looked black, but the items looked dark gray in person. I was hoping to get black pants, but I can work with this. Also, if you're Asian like me, the pants may bunch up a bit at the bottom compared to the model due to leg length.

Perfect for Iceland

I do love these pants and used them often on my trip to Iceland where it was windy and often raining. One drawback is that I would like them a bit longer OR there should be a TALL option for sizing. I am 5' 7" and wore them with hiking boots, but they crawled up a bit more than I liked. I am slim thus the sizing was not the problem, just the length.

I got small and medium to try, I'm 5'6@140 pear shape. the small fits great besides for the waist. I struggle getting them up over my hips. they have a built-in buckle that you have to adjust when you need to pull them down/up. the medium... the waist fits and is comfortable, but the rest is huge. I want the small to work out but keeping in the return bag. Women's clothes are so frustrating.

I LOVE the green and have those. They are so comfortable, resistant to water. I wear them hiking and just around town. I sized up for a bit of a baggier look and also to comfortable fit leggings underneath for when it’s colder. Another person mentioned the black is dark grey, the shadow looks like dark grey but is actually an almost slate grey which was disappointing. So based on that review will probably exchange the shadow for black.

Female, 64yo, 5'3" 150 lb, size 12S. Bought size Large in green. I wanted pants that would move with me when I bend and twist while hiking & not shimmy down & need constant pulling up, held up to briars that are all over these woods, have usable pockets, weren't 6" too long, were lightweight & cool yet durable in the summer. These tick all those boxes! No issues with the waist. These are a part of my gear, not a fashion statement. The hips are loose allowing room to squat down or hobble over a fallen tree with no issues and allows room to wear a pair of leggings underneath inbetween seasons. The buckle keeps the waist comfortably taught. The elastic around the ankle are not tight but will provide protection from debris, perhaps no need for gators. Also the elastic allows me to see my feet if need be and keeps the hem synched up so I don't step on opposite legs hem. Well made & comfortable. I highly recommend!
