Comfortable but Disappointed

These are very comfortable and, in my opinion, true to size. I have back and neck pain and these were highly recommended by the internet. Unfortunately after only a few wears, both shoes have indented in the toe box and although it doesn’t look like much, it is severe enough to hit my big toe and causes annoyance to the point that it’s all I can focus on. I am on my feet about 60% of my workday and I’ve worn these on one outside walk in moderate/warm weather. I have tried to correct the indent but no matter what I do, it always ends up popping back into the dented position. Due to this I can’t recommend and wouldn’t purchase another pair.

Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had these shoes for about a week and a half now. I absolutely love them! The fit is great and they are extremely comfortable! I really like the design and style of these shoes. The little pop of cheetah print in the emblem is so cute! The fabric is breathable, and my feet feel great when I take them off. The support of these is incredible. As a mom to two young kids who is constantly chasing after them, I seriously have no complaints. I am new to running, and every other pair of shoes I’ve tried destroy my feet and legs. I have had no issues with blisters or shin splints! and I will definitely continue to support Brooks from here on out!

True comfort and style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Glycerin 21 GTS shoes are my new go to’s! I originally planned on using them for just running, but they are so incredibly comfortable that they’ve made it into the gym bag for cross training as well. The fit is true to size and has a great amount of arch support as well as side to side stability which is great for lunging, squatting, etc. I got them in the navy/ice blue / pink color way which feels on trend and coordinates well with other gym basics. The fabric itself is breathable and lightweight and the sole is luxuriously cushioned. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a comfortable, and ergonomic training go to!

Best Brooks Running Shoe Yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve purchased multiple pairs of Brooks running shoes and the Glycerin 21 GTS are by far my favorite! I’ve been using them for indoor and outdoor running and HITT. The upper fabric is super breathable and withstood the outdoor elements. I love the vibrant color combinations, they are stylish and do not look or feel bulky. They are the perfect blend of cushion and support. I’ve always loved GuideRails due my tendency to pronate. The extra cushioning they added with the 21’s has just the right amount of give without feeling overly squishy. These shoes feel solid, with great support and I expect they will last me many miles on the road!

Too different from previous model

Why so different from the previous model?! I have been wearing the Glycerin GTS for a few years and have loved them, run several marathons in them and had no issues. I recently got the updated version and immediately noticed how different they look from the previous version. I started getting pain in the balls of my feet within a few miles of the first use. I switched back to the previous model and had no issues. I've tried just using these as walking or every day shoes and the same thing happens. I'm not sure what is going on, but this is not the same shoe as the previous model at all. It's frustrating when shoe companies do this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes have gotten me back out and running after a broken toe sidelined me. I get shin splints pretty easily and these have been great for that- also lower back pain if I push too hard and these have really made me feel like I can fly. They feel like a firm mattress for my feet- so supportive and light. I’ve been running in the colder months and haven’t had any issues. I mostly stay on pavement but also do stretching and the treadmill at the gym when it’s rainy. I’ve been forgetting to take them off when I come home- they’re so comfy! I wear a 9 and these fit very true to size. They’re my first Brooks and I am very impressed! I think they look cute too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get these shoes! I like the style and design of the shoe. They look cool. I would like to see the company offer them in a solid color in addition to the current styles. The fit was great. It was true to size and they seem very durable. To be honest when I first tried the shoes on I thought the insoles could have been a little softer. The are pretty solid/firm. However, when I ran in them the first time I fell in love with them! They absorb the shock from the road nicely. I would definitely recommend these shoes for anyone interested in a good shoe for running or working out in.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are so comfortable especially being on your feet for 12hours and not being able to sit down much. I love how much cushion there is. I’ve never had a shoes that is this comfortable. I work in the medical field and I’m on my feet majority of the time. I also have a pair for clinical because I am in nursing school and they make a difference. I’m very comfortable during my long clinical days. If you buy them you will not be disappointed. Brooks will always be my got to! In addition I love how I am able to chose the width of the shoes as well which made the fit of the shoe even better because I have so much room.

Support great, Lip Painful

It’s been a few years since I’ve worn Brooks so I ordered this pair in anticipation of my other running shoes falling apart. They recently did and my first run in these created a few aches but was overall ok. I didn’t have any foot or joint pain following the run either. My only concern is how odd the lip is on this shoe. I don’t know what it is about it, but it hurts. It’s not noticeable when running so much but is very noticeable when walking. I’ve tried loosening the laces, but that just compromises the stability of the exercise, and doesn’t actually make it more bearable. It’s just a bulky uncomfortable lip and I hope over time it will go away.

I have found my forever shoe! Thank you Brooks! I’ve worn two other brands in my life for running, and now walking, but my feet are changing. I took your quiz online and found the Glycerin GTS 21. I ordered a pair of my regular size, but in wide. Oh my gosh! It is like walking on air. I love the cushion. The toe box in the wide size is perfect for my toes. They can stretch out, and are not squeezed. My knee and hip no longer hurt either! They are very stable too. I immediately ordered another pair in case you change anything. Worth the money. I will order one more pair when they are available in a bright color my size. Great shoes!
