I can't say how much I love this light weight jacket. It's form fitting...in a good way. Not too tight, not too loose. The sleeves are lined with the same "fuzzy" material as the body so if you wear a sweater it may be a little harder to get on, but not terrible. I usually wear short sleeves as I'm at that stage in life where I get too hot. This is a perfect mid weight jacket. Very packable, though no inside pocket to pack in. I'm 5'1" 138lbs and the M is a great fit.

This Jacket Really Is The One

I found this jacket at an REI Resupply store a few years ago because the original owner did not like the fit. I didn’t really need another light jacket, but it was cute and 50% off the retail price. I am so glad that I bought this jacket because it is now my go-to jacket for everything. “The One” is the perfect name for this jacket because it is perfect in so many different situations. I have worn it on chilly evenings at the beach in Southern California, on cool days at a theme park, by the campfire in the Sierras, in the drizzle of Scotland and around town in Anchorage, Alaska in March. It keeps you warm but not too warm, and it is the perfect weight to layer over a thermal base layer, or under a heavier coat if you need more warmth. The cut of the jacket is very flattering, it has a slim profile even on a body that has curves. The jacket is also compact enough to be shoved into a backpack or purse without taking up too much room or adding extra weight.

I bought this for a trip to Alaska where I was told to wear layers and I’m kind of obsessed with it now. It was perfect over a sweater without being bullet but also looked good over a tshirt. It’s much nicer in person than the photos show too. I did size up because I have a large chest and wanted to wear layers under it, but it’s not baggy. It looks sharp! And it was warm without being hot. I live in Arkansas where our winters don’t get too cold so I think it will be perfect for that as well.

I can never find coats that fit, but this was wonderful! I can actually layer with this. I am 5'2" athletic build, broad shoulders, thick biceps, 160lbs. This is a lightweight, perfect for travel jacket.

I have two of these jackets. Bought one last year and another one this year. They are very comfortable and good fit for my body type. I am 5’6, my weight 147 lb. Size medium fits me well. I do hope they have more bright color options though.

Cute but didn't fit

Very cute jacket. I liked how light it was. However, I sized up as per previous review and I shouldn't have. If you want to wear it with thick sweaters/ sweatshirts then size up but if you want to wear with thinner/ lighter shirts then get your regular size. I considered exchanging for my regular size but I feel like that may have actually been too big also because kind of flares out a bit at the hip.

I bought the dark plum color a couple years ago and it has been a staple for pretty much everything I’m doing. I’ve hiked, run, cross country ski in it, it’s just a great and comfortable layer or on its own. It was perfect to pack for my travels through Europe and for adventuring in the northern U.S. and Alaska. It is stylish and I paired it with one of the Kuhl long rain coats which was great for all but deep winter weather. It’s stylish enough to look nice going out in town and packs down nicely. Not bulky at all. It is cut very nice and moves well with the body. The sleeves are lined with the same soft fleece which I like to keep my arms warm too and other reviewers noted when wearing long sleeve sweaters you might have to work your arm through it a bit but it didn’t bind up too much. The arms are cut well and not too tight which is a blessing.
