Overall I like this pack as it meets the exact need I was trying to achieve. I was looking for a pack to carry a MacBook Air around town and to coffee shops and didn't need a lot of additional capacity, so I opted for the 16 over the 26. A minor note: there is a small internal zippered pocket for items like chargers and pens, however this pocket overlaps the top of the laptop/water bladder pocket. If this zippered pocket is overloaded with items, it is very difficult to move out of the way to slide the laptop in and out. Otherwise, the pack itself looks sharp and I like that the bird logo is prominent on the back flap such that I proudly act as a pseudo brand ambassador every time I walk into a coffee shop.
Feels water resistant. Exterior pocket perfect for tissue & hand sanitizer. Interior upper zippered pocket for my wallet and keys. I use the interior hydration lanyard to secure a Surefire flashlight. The water bottle pockets have upper bungee cords to secure taller bottles. Shoulder straps have just enough padding for the amount of gear I will carry. This keeps the bulkiness down. I removed the waist strap. I do like the accent color. It makes the black pack just visible enough, but still low key 👍
This backpack can meet all my daily needs.
A very good hiking backpack, there is also a board inside, which makes it easier for you to carry it
I find this backpack extremely comfortable and well thought. In comparison the 26L version of this backpack is not as comfortable as the 16L version. Also this 16L wears a bit low which is fantastic for my larger body type (other smaller packs end up on my upper back). The only "con" is that it's really hard to come by so I hope Arcteryx release more of these great models. Organization is minimal but I find it sufficient for my needs and iPhone 16 Max Pro fits in the upper front pocket nicely. 14" laptop also fits in the "hydration/laptop" sleeve no problem.
I think these bag are very good, they can meet all my needs, the quality is also good, and they are waterproof
Best and most sleek bag I’ve owned. It’s a good everyday backpack but a bit on the smaller side.
Very nice bag, large capacity, good color, my lover likes it very much
