Great Shoes – Not for My Foot Structure

These are a nice, well-designed shoe that offer so much cushion! I took these out on a walk around a 3-mile trail and noticed a few things. Note that I have narrow feet with high arches and tested these out without my arch support inserts. I immediately noticed that the shoes were slightly slipping off of my heals, my arches were aching (which is a sign to me that it doesn't have the best support), and my feet weren’t snug and secure inside the shoes. I decided to tie a heel lock to see if this would help and it did slightly. I love the design, color, details, and overall feeling of the shoe. Sadly, they just aren’t for my narrow foot structure and that is okay! I recommend trying on a pair before you buy if you do have narrow feet.

I am an olderwoman living along the front range in Colorado. I gave these shoes a 3 even though I eventually gave up on them a week ago. I wore them daily from when i received them until my feet couldn't handle them anymore. The shoes just never fit right. I tried every type of sock known, including extra thick wool. And i also tried tightening the laces as tight as they would go. They weren't exactly too big as they fit fine everywhere but in the heel. They are also a bit bouncy for my tastes. I walk/run daily, at least an hour. After 3 weeks I had constant cramps in my feet. Probably from curling my toes to keep the shoes on. I gave these a three because they might be okay if you could get them to fit! They ARE nice looking shoes. BTW, I am a standard size 7 so they should have fit.

Excellent everyday running shoe!

These are great running shoes! I’ve already worn them to go running in my neighborhood and they’re great for running outside or inside. I’m very happy with how they perform, they have great support and my feet are a bit wider so I was worried about fit but it feels very comfortable. They’re perfect if you’re looking for an everyday running shoe. It’s a very stable shoe which is perfect especially if you’re a new runner like myself who wants to feel comfortable but stable in the shoe.

They live up to their name

I am a casual runner and primarily run in my neighborhood and on local paved paths, so cushion is really important to me in running shoes. I've been nursing an unrelated minor knee injury for a while that still causes some stiffness and pain at times. I put these shoes on out of the box and was immediately able to run without pain for the first time in months. They live up to their name - like running on clouds! Super cushioned but not so large they get in the way. I found them true to size and a great amount of support for my slightly flat arches. Love that they look neutral too. The laces stay tied no problem and the tongue doesn't get in the way or slide to the side for me. My first pair of shoes from On but likely not my last!

Lovely shoes for both work and play!

Super pair of sneakers! I really enjoy wearing them to jog and teach as they're so light and comfortable. My only critique is that the material that is on the inner ankle is a bit high and quite firm but I'm sure that will soften up over time!

Great running shoes, super comfortable!

I’ve always been a huge fan of ON Cloud Running shoes and have tried a couple different different models of them in the past. These are extremely comfortable as I appreciate, thicker and more supported Running shoe. The soles are well padded and do a great job of absorbing impact from running or working out in the gym. I would definitely recommend these running shoes, especially for someone who is looking for a supportive shoe.

Fantastic shoes for running and walking!

The On Cloudrunner 2 Road Running shoes are very comfortable. There is lots of cushion for a nice bounce when running and walking. The shoes seem to be very well made and are some of the most comfortable sneakers I’ve worn for running. The sizing seems to run a bit small but the shoes appear to be huge on one’s foot. While I love the performance of these shoes, I feel like my feet appear to be huge in the shoes.

Comfy shoe but not for me

I typically wear shoes that are wide or have a wider, more natural foot shaped toe box. These are not like that. I did not get the wide option for these shoes. My toes felt like they were pushing up against the sides. It wasn't uncomfortable but I prefer a wider toe box when walking, running, and working out. Despite that, these shoes are very comfy. I wore them to work where I stand and walk a lot. Great cushion for all day wear. If you have wide feet, consider getting the wide option or maybe some Altras (my current fave). If you wear a standard size shoe, the On Women's Cloudrunner 2 is a fabulous option. Beside the width, the 9.5 was a perfect fit. I typically wear a 9.5 shoe.

Feels like a cloud

Feels just like a cloud. Good arch and ankle support perfect for road runs. This really helped improve my posture for running, I felt like I ran longer and at a more consistent pace. Overall the traction is good when it got wet unexpectedly. I would say true to size. Definitely worth the price.

Squeaky sounds

These shoes are very comfortable after getting used to them. The problem: they squeak, it started a few weeks after I started wearing them daily! It bothers me so much when I am out walking.
