Eco flo river 2 pro
Bought this about a month ago have taken it camping with us every time and did not disappoint. Charge all my electronics needed for camping, used it to charge my portable fridge no problem. Love the fast charging! Highly recommended.
Only lasted 10 minutes
Seemed like the best device after all the research I did on what brand was the best. I’ve had some goal zero battery packs with little to no issues and wanted to try eco flow since it seemed like it was the better option. It only lasted 1 hour before it no longer works. I plugged a light in that was drawing 100w on the AC outlet (well within its 800w continuous and 1600w peak) and it worked fine for about 10 minutes before it turned off. Now it try’s to turn on the ac ports and it makes a sparking noise and goes in to overload production even without anything plugged into it. Really disappointed because I was supper excited for this unit with the high power inverter.
Not reliable
3rd unit in less than 2 months, All the same issue. After about 2 days won't charge at 6A or 8A, Only 4A, when connected to DC. Now after 2 months, won't charge at all. I use sparingly to cook with a 300W device but mostly to charge my phones and run a fan so I'm not even stress testing this thing. Have tried different cables, updating firmware, and resetting the device to no avail. I had high hopes for this product and have been completely let down after wanting an Ecoflow unit for a few years. The River 2 Pro is just an expensive paperweight.
Delta 2 max
Since purchasing the Delta2 Max , I have needed it for 2 power outages due to weather. Being able to run fans, tv and refrigerator for many hours was wonderful with the heat and humitity my area has had. We have also used the D2max on some camping excursions and actually used it to run our rv airconditioner for a few hours. While on these excursions I was able to recharge easily while double plugged into my truck cigarette lighters. I cant wait to purchase my next unit and highly recommend the Ecoflow Delta 2 max. Not running a gas generator has been fantastic
For Aquarium.
Purchased for my 40g Aquarium. I’ve had this Ecoflow for maybe a month and just now got around to finally test it for my intended purpose. Power outage protection for my 40 gallon Ram Cichlid aquarium. My setup, I have a Seachem Tidal 75 HOB filter. One LED light bar. One Eheim 200 Air Pump. One OASE 350 Skimmer. One Cobalt Neo Therm Pro 200W heater and One Cobalt Neo Therm Pro 100W heater. I have a Kilowatt tester and I did test how many kilowatts my setup uses at any given time PRIOR to purchasing this Ecoflow unit, I did not want to waste money on one that was too small but didn’t want to over spend either. So, at any given time, with everything running my setup pulls about 160 kilowatts max. Now to my actual “ power outage”test. Every piece of equipment on my aquarium is plugged into a Long strip that I purchased from Lowes. That power strip is plugged into the Front Of The Ecoflow. The Ecoflow is plugged into a Power Surge Wall Outlet. The test, I pulled out the power surge wall outlet from the wall while the Ecoflow was still plugged in. IT WORKED GREAT !! I didn’t even notice anything on the aquarium turned off. So, hopefully this review helps others. Now I have piece of mind that IF my power ever goes out, my aquarium is protected.
Sleep easy with this power station
Had been using a 1250 Yeti Goal Zero. It started to not keep my CPAP going through the night when camping or out of power. I travel a lot and live where power goes off often. My search for the best replacement started and I ended up with this model. It is all that and a bag of chips. I got the DC converter for my CPAP for $31 on Amazon. This River Pro ran my CPAP for almost a week before needing to be recharged!!!! I was also using it to charge my iPhone so CPAP only life would be even longer. I LOVE the quick charging and that all power cables are included with purchase. Very easy to plug in to the car while I’m running errands.
Never really got to use it due to malfunction
This product worked for one day, and then it wouldn't charge via A/C outlet. Then on day 2 it wouldn't charge via the 12 volt chord
WELCOME addition to supplies
Getting ready for a road trip. Its charged, keeps the Glacier working for medications, keeps the HAM radios, cell phones, etc charged. It’s a great tool. Light weight, provides the power I need to keep the essentials working and charged for use. Charges quickly from any A/C outlet. I keep it topped off while driving with the 12v adapter or A/C outlet in the car. A welcome addition to any long trips. My hybrid doesn’t have enough USB or A/C outlets, the RIVERPRO 2 does. Display shows how much power is being consumed. Bluetooth is a nice addition too. Has enough power to keep things running all day. Glad I have it.
Delta 2 Max Rocks
After watching multiple csmping, off reading shows who all raved over the Ecoflow products we made the purchase of the Delta 2 Max. Since that purchase about a month ago, we have also purchased the Mini and River 2. The power, durability, convenience and comfort knowing we can do pretty much anything with the power supply. We can camp and bring all of our goodies, refrigerator, portable AC, lights, etc. Also, with summer upon us and storms a big part, we have the comfort in knowing we have the power to keep us running. This has far been one of the best purchases ever. We added the solar panels and now are totally set up for being off the grid if we choose. The amazing fast charging is such a great feature as well. Highly recommend the Delta Max 2 as well as all other power units. Thanks Ecoflow🤩
Best Portable Power Station
This little sized power station puts out 800 watts of pure sine wave which is great for off-roading and working remotely. I’ve never ran out of power once since I’ve had this power station. I travel the country and been working remotely. Thanks to this power station I’ve reduced my dependence on extra stops to charge my work laptop. I’ve been charging this power bank with two 110 watt Ecoflow solar panels in parallel and been getting up to 187 watts of power! I ran my coffee maker using X-Boost and almost every morning since I got the power station. The fans do get pretty loud under load or charging which is my only gripe about the power station. Having full connectivity is convenient and super easy to control it from afar with Bluetooth or WiFi. This is my go to power station on all my trips and working remotely.
