Opening too narrow and challenging to put on
They seem heavy duty and like they would hold up well to a lot of use. Unfortunately they are tight in the opening and it is challenging for me to get my toddler’s foot all the way through, let alone him trying on his own. Once they’re in, his feet fit just fine and the foot bed is nice and wide, but then the small opening rubs and causes blisters on his ankles. Bad design. My kid hates these and I just don’t have time to deal with the fuss.

Second pair
They are ok but they do not open enough to allow a left ning kid to put them on themselves without assistance. How could you people miss this on such an expensive shoe is beyond me. I had forgotten I had this gripe last year. Shoes for kids should be easy to put on by the kids themselves ok? Just make the tongue of the shoe open more to provide ease of access. 3 year olds do not have a lot of strength to hold the show and pull it over through a tight opening. And last gripe… This show came looking like it’s been worn. Lost of creases in the material as if it was worn for a while and returned and then put back on shelf. I cannot tell wear on the sole but I am not happy with the way they look and this may be the last time I waste my money on hype shoes. Have your shippers check the look before they just send out scuffed shoes as new. For this kind of money you need to do better.
Incredibly comfortable
These boots come on the large size but that's fine as I use them with orthotics. They are so comfortable that I bought a second pair for general use on pavements and keep the original pair for proper hiking.
Very difficult to put on
Quality seems to be great and I love the design, but it’s so freaking hard to put the shoe on my 3y old. Tried twice and can’t deal with it anymore. Big Velcro that doesn’t help at all. Hated to return this.
Stiff and uncomfortable
Too stiff and uncomfortable. My 4 year old refuses to wear them because he says they hurt his feet too much. We tried having him wear them several times - hoping to break them in. Waste of money.
Still looking for slip on
Still looking for slip on short waterproof boot to walk dog, feed birds. I am an adult with a child size foot and your sizes fit me well.
Beautiful shoe
This shoe was gorgeous and would have been perfect for my son. He is super picky so sadly it had to go back for being “too stiff.”
