Just delivered this week, wanted to test it out before we get out in the bush on a snowshoe trip. It was below -30 C, slept in my tent with the sleeping bag on a winter sleeping pad. I wore my mid layer jacket, uninsualted pants and normal athletic socks, no toque, mitts or boots. No issues at all, was warm/comfortable. It wraps up around your head well, didn't seem to lose much heat. I was very happy with the bag, and I like that it came with a larger (non-compression) storage bag and the compression bag.
I didn't trust this bag at first, do to the lack of reviews. So I took a huge risk with it a few days ago. I took a rocky mountain, winter backpacking trip. Overall the bag held up well. it was able to keep me warm in -6°F. Keep in mind I also had a few thermals on, and a thermal bag liner ontop of that. My only complaint is that the bags zipper is a bit janky.
Just came back from a 3 night winter camping trip with temperatures dropping to -25 celsius and this sleeping bag was great. I slept with a base layer and a fleece sweater and my legs and body were warm. It packs a bit big but all in all I'm happy with the purchase.
Very happy with this bag! I'm 5'8" and had a bit of space by the feet, but with a down blanket stuffed inside I was very comfortable. I definitely run cold, and I was very toasty when it got to -10C on a recent trip. Kind of bulky but comes with a compression sack.
I have owned a Lamina 15 UL and now the Lamina -20 and their great bags, warm, comfortable, reasonably light for the price point, but, all the zipper suck. The break way to easily or get stuck…
Warm, comfortable and gets down to a relatively medium/small size to strap onto a backspace. I was in a cabin with 15 deg F weather outside and felt very comfortable in this sleeping bag.
Test run. Slept in the back of the car with it -20C outside. I has hot inside the bag and didnt need to wear any thermals. The bag is pretty heavy but perfect for car camping.
Just amazing for a winter in and out, a bit bulky. but understandable... never having to sleep in sweaty baselayers again is more than worth the compromise
Kept me warm in 30 mph winds and -4degree weather in a lean-to on Katahdin. Very happy with it so far!
Slept on ice while ice fishing for 3 days, -18°, 50mph wind, this bag was amazing.
