After two trips to Nepal, one to Everest Bade camp and the other 21 day trek around the Annapurna circuit, this sleeping bag was the envy of those whom I traveled with. Its ability to regulate its temperature insured that I could handle the temperature extremes of frigid weather to mild. It’s compression pack allowed it to go into my travel bag that the porter carried as opposed to having to be dealt with separately. But then that help regulate temperature really do work. I tend to run very warm so even when the room is 14°F, I sometimes need to cool myself down. This bag does just that.
For weather under 25*f, this is perfect. It is super fluffy. Love the side vents that can open if you get a bit too warm. Really like the wrap around my head better than other designs. Impressively light weight. Looks huge when I store it in the included storage bag to maintain fluff factor, but very small when you squeeze it down in the included cinch compression bag. Very good price on REI Online for a bag of this quality. I’m starting the John Muir Trail early, in and out of snow for three weeks with this one.

I recently purchased the 0 degree bag for a bike-to-ski trip in Iceland, so I needed it to work in a variety of conditions (cold, wet, snowy, windy, you name it), and be versatile enough to pack into panniers, backpacks, and beyond. The bag was perfect and outperformed my expectations. I stayed warm on cold nights and loved the ability to open the gills for added breathability, which was crucial in never feeling too swampy if it was a warm night. I ended up swapping the stock stuff sack for a waterproof compression sack, and it packed down quite small for a 0 degree, fitting well into my panniers and 35L backpack when skiing. I'm 5'9" and the regular length fit me well - my pillow tucked very nice and snugly into the hood, so sleeping was always quite comfy and cozy. No complaints, issues, etc. Happy customer here!
Nemo means quality. This sleeping bag is very warm.
This bag works as advertised. I used it on my ride from Virginia to New Mexico and back. Several nights got into the mid to low 30's. No issue at all. I stayed completely warm.
This is a first impression as I have not had an opportunity to sleep outside with it yet. Using synthetic fill for the footbox area is a nice detail. The zippers on the venting "gills" are VERY small and even in brief testing, they sometimes catch on the fabric.
Very warm, just the right amount of room for me, zipper works very well, thermal gills work great. I have been sleeping in bags for 60 years and this is my favorite
Worked perfectly for a fall bear hunt in Alaska. I am 6’1” and purchased the XL and in was nice with a little length to spare.
