[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice mug! I honestly thought the whole thing was like a stainless steel, but the outer part is actually like a rubber material. This mug is not only great for coffee/teas, but, I have even used it for my morning smoothies! I love that it appears to have a built in fill line, this makes it so easy to know where to fill it up to so you dont overflow when you put you cap on. I do wish the cap was a screw on, but, I havent had any issues with it plopping off, yet! I know it's a 24oz, and the thought process was probably geared towards fitting under a coffee pot, but, I do wish it was a bit taller rather than wider. Theres no way I'd be able to take this on the go because it wouldnt fit in my cupholder. Other than that little con, this is a great cup, its kept my coffee hot for hours and keeps my smoothies cool!
The best mug I’ve ever owned!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this Hydro Flask mug! The eggplant color is beautiful and the feel of the cup is durable yet has a softer and more comfortable finish than most. I love that the lid presses on and the tab can easily be moved for easier access. The drinking tab is also wide enough for a straw. I’m a huge coffee drinker, however a slow coffee drinker. I can finally finish a hot beverage slowly. I tested how well the cup would hold heat and I was able to drink a hot cup of coffee 2+ hours later, I’m extremely impressed. Not only does it hold heat great but the cup itself doesn’t get hot to touch when carrying it, which is a huge plus. The cold feature is also amazing, I took this cup to a soccer game and accidentally left it in the 90 degree for a few hours and when I opened the lid it still had ice! I am able to keep ice for a 5 hour work shift easily. I love this mug and all of the features. It also easy to hand wash and store. We are definitely getting more of these mugs for our large family!
Keep my coffee warm for hours, but....
I'm a slow coffee drinker and thought this will be perfect for my morning coffee that's usually cold less than an hour in my ceramic coffee mug. Tested with and without the lid on. Without the lid, it only keeps my coffee warm a tiny bit longer than my regular ceramic mug. But with the lid on, my coffee is still hot/warm after 4 hours!! It's a great size for a cup of coffee and I love the texture of it. And definitely appreciate that I can still enjoy my coffee after 4 hours. However, it's not like their other regular cup that's completed sealed between the stainless steel part and the rubber part on the outside. I do notice that my coffee stain does trap in that gap if I drink it without the lid.... just this one complain and hope it can be fixed in the future.
Favorite Mug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a new favorite cup! This Hydro Flask Mug is used by me every single day. I love that it holds 24 ounces so I don't have to refill very often. I have been using it during this hot weather to hold my cold water as I work in my flower beds. It has a grest slide shut to keep whatever I am drinking from splashing out. It keeps my cold drinks cold for a very long time. I also use it in the mornings as I sit on my porch drinking my coffee. It stays hot for as long as I need it and the easy close slide keeps and bugs out. This slides open wide enough to fit straws also. This cup does not fit into your normal cup holder in your vehicle but I didn't expect it to. I love how comfortable the handle is on my hand. The outside of this mug feels like rubber almost so it doesn't slip out of my hands. I highly recommend this great product!
Soft touch outside failed
I've carefully hand washed this mug for the last 1.5 years ago but despite being careful, it has deteriorated. The outside plastic part has cracked and let water and soap it between the outer plastic and the stainless steel causing the stainless to rust. I'm very disappointed about the longevity and quality of this mug.

Nice for keeping my coffee hot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hydro Flask 12 oz Mug Makes my morning better whether I’m going to be at home or whether I’m going to go somewhere. I like my hot coffee when I get up. I like to sip on my coffee as I watch the news. I have no problem with my Hydro Flash mug keeping my coffee hot. The Hydro Flash keeps my coffee hot even when I am traveling for hours. My coffee stays hot and doesn’t splash when traveling. I like the 12 oz size mug because it holds more coffee than my 8 oz coffee cups. It also nice that Hydro Flask supports non-profit organizations. The only complaint I have the size being to big to fit in my cup holder when traveling.
Superior Mug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Superior mug was great at keeping my coffee and teas hot for over 2 hours with the lid on. The most amazing thing was when I used with my K-Cups from my Keurig system I actually felt that the coffees and teas were hotter then from a standard mug. This is a great mug fr anyone looking for a sustainable mug that will keep their beverages hot or cold for hours. Large mug at 24oz. held enough coffee for my morning routine. It is very easy to hand clean due to it very large opening. I found the stainless steel did not stain with my black coffees and teas. I have had no leaks with lid even after one time knocking it on it side on the table. Lid has an easy to use closer and is very easy to drink from. The soft touch finish gives you a nice no slip feel. Only downside is the mug does not fit in a cars standard cup holder.
Fantastic Mug!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mug is incredible for keeping liquids hot and cold. I usually drink 3-4 cups of coffee every morning and go back and forth to the coffee pot. With this mug I can fill it up once and it keeps my coffee warm all morning. I have also used the mug for cold drinks as well. I used it for carrying an alcoholic beverage to a party and the mug kept my drink cold the entire time I was there. When my mug was empty it was time to leave the party. I love it!
