Enjoy An Amazing Cup of Camp Coffee
This coffee maker is BIG, but that's why I wanted it. This size allows me to make enough coffee to fill my travel mug and also have some leftover to enjoy with breakfast. Filtered coffee is easier to clean up then french press, which is also why I went this direction. It's VERY easy to clean. The cone is large and fits #4 & #6 filters, so it's easy to pour water into the cone from both a pitcher and a pot. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's not insulated enough. Coffee goes cold too quickly, so there's a slight design flaw. I have not tested this in cold conditions, but at room temperature you can have a very warm cup of coffee for an hour or so. If you wanted the coffee to stay hot longer you would need to transfer it to a travel mug. That being said, a group of 2 - 4 people can have an amazing cup of camp coffee with this coffee maker. Just make sure your kettle can handle boiling 50 oz of water!
