Helmet interference
Ed the Zed

Helmet interference is a deal-breaker for me. There is very little clearance between the bottom of the helmet and the brow of the sunglasses, which might seem OK when you try them on in the store, but practically speaking when you're in the riding position and your bouncing around a bit on the trail, your helmet will move around just enough to bang onto the glasses and push them onto your nose, which is uncomfortable. Surely folks with different bone structures may have different experiences. I exchanged for the Tifosi Davos, which I really like - similar wide field-of-view but no helmet clearance issues.

Practically goggles (in the best way)

I have these in the Photochromatic and they are easily the best MTB glasses I've ever had. The ventilate well, have great optics, and block wind as well as goggles. I've ridden them from 42 degrees to 90 and haven't had steaming issues but I do tend to remove glasses on climbs when it's hot to avoid sweat drips. You'll definitely want to be sure they fit with your helmet as they are pretty tall. They also tend to be a little harder to clean so use water when you do. So far, they seem pretty scratch resistant but I like them so much I just ordered more lenses just in case they get scratched up.

Great lenses but they hit my helmet.

I had to readjust my helmet back further and tighten it down and it ended up giving me a headache from pressure on the back of my neck. The lenses on these are amazing and they look great, but my Smith helmet just doesn't fit great with them.

Great sunglasses

I got the fototec version of Sledge and its wonderful. I've used in different light conditions and vision is great. The frame stays in place even more when you sweat. I do see small clearance and slight interference with the helmet at the forehead region but its acceptable.

Great

Coverage is fantastic, can’t go back to smaller glasses for cycling. They fit perfectly under my helmet without interfering and the top isn’t in my field of view. Guy with a narrower face and they are secure and fit well. I’ve had to buy 3 this year bc I keep leaving them outside and they get taken… worth it, and glad they don’t cost a ton.

Not Compatible With Lazer G1 MIPS Helmet

I was impressed with the quality of these sunglasses, but they hurt the tops of my ears. Not sure if this was a product weight or fit issue. Could not wear the sunglasses for biking, because the frames were not compatible with my Lazer G1 MIPS helmet. The front of my helmet rested on top of the top of the frames, so I had to return the sunglasses.

Great for mountain biking!

First pair of mountain bike glasses for the trails. They feel comfortable and give plenty of protection for my bike rides.

Good glasses but don’t change the lenses

They are nice glasses but everything is plastic, the 3 lenses are plastic and so is the frame. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when I changed the lenses out part of the plastic chipped off the lenses - from now on im just not gonna change the lenses
