I wanted to upgrade since I had 3 seasons on my last pair. but they are so expensive. these were discounted which made it much easier to swallow w/ my rei points. it comes w/ a very nice hard-case and an extra lens (neither of which I expected). I only used the darker lens but it worked out quite nicely. no complaints. and they look good too.
