Sucks
This thing is simply no good. Easy enough to install and the included tools are useful but that’s where the good ends. The multi tool is cheaply made and to short to really be useful. The chain tool is awkward and cheap. The sheath is terribly constructed of cheap plastic and will almost certainly crack after a few uses. Worst of all the thing NEVER goes back the way it’s designed and will cause you fits getting back into the stem. I finally got so sick of mine I’ve just hammered it back into the stem where it’ll live forever never to be pulled out again. Seems like a cool idea but lacks a thoughtful execution. There are cheaper and better tools out there. Save yourself the frustration on this thing.
Impressed! Need to learn how to use it though.
I've now used all of the tools over the past several months and can say every one of them is functional and well designed though you need to learn how it works. Some things need to be known that are either not in the instructions or immediately obvious. A previous reviewer had issues fitting it back into the pump sheath and I initially did as well until I understood that the multi tool has a little indexing bump that fits into a recess on the tire lever tool. Failing to put that multi tool in correctly will make it hard to insert it back into the pump. Also, yes, the multi tool is short so don't expect to defy the laws of physics and have more torque than possible with the length. There's a reason allen wrenches come in multiple lengths. That said, I've put a lot of force on that tool and it's neither broken or stripped. Another good thing to know is that the chain breaker works well when the head is loosened and turned 90 degrees. Leaving the chain breaker in the storage position is why other reviewers found it awkward to use. Also, you need to remove the storage cup to fit the largest size co2 canister as the largest compatible size won't fit inside the cup. I wish it was fractionally longer so I could fit my additional 2 tire levers, bacon strips and patch kit inside with the co2 canister but that's a minor thing when I found a way to store those items easily in the steerer tube and inside the bottom bracket. Overall, every tool works and is durable enough for emergency use in a very compact and light package. I'm impressed.
All the tools you need
This tool keeps all the tools you could need right in their pump! So ingenious and now I have all the tools I need stored on the bike and don't forget them when I go on a ride.
Best Tool
Love having all my tools in one spot and I don't forget them when I head out on a ride. I've already had whip out the tool to help a friend on the trial.
