Practical & flattering suit, sizing chart is off!
I love this swimsuit for lap swimming as well as paddleboarding. It has a flattering cut and very supportive for being athletic. I'm not a huge fan of the short cut on the thighs, however, I usually wear swim shorts over the top which goes well. The sizing runs very small. Based on my dress size (2-4) or measurements (usually more accurate), I should pick the 28! But I actually ended up fitting into the 34. The 28 was hilariously small and cut into my shoulders. I would strongly recommend trying this swimsuit on for fit in-store, or ordering several sizes to try. Otherwise, once you find your size, practical and flattering suit.
Great athletic suit, but size up!
I love this athletic suit as it provides great compression while remaining flattering. I personally couple with some water/swim shorts, but that is just personal preference as I don't love any one piece suit without them. I have used this suit for lap swimming as well as casual/paddleboarding use. I have a smaller cup size, so it works for me without a built in bra. It fits like most compression suits--similar to a sports bra. But I could see it might be an issue if you are bustier... Cons: Sizing runs tiny! According to the size chart I should choose 30 or 32. I ended up with a 36! So, I would certainly size up, especially if you have broader shoulders as the shoulders are quite narrow. Overall: Recommend for athletic/casual suit but size up!
Good suit, small size
Good suit but (as others have said) size up 1-3 sizes. I am tall (just over 5' 9", 130 lbs), so I am always nervous about one piece swim suits. I should be a size 30 but was planning to get a 32 because of my height. I read the reviews and ended up getting a size 36, which fit. TYR have always been solid suits for me for pool lap swimming, so I am sure this one will also be good, and I am glad others left reviews with their sizing info!!
Size 4 US is a 40 for this suit
I like this suit for its simplicity and fit, but it took me a while to find the size. I am a size 4 US, and with this suit I had to get the largest size, a 40, so that the straps didn't feel as though they were cutting into my skin. Not sure why this suit runs so insanely small!!
Not for Curves
This seems like a well made bathing suit, but no matter the size I tried it was no accommodating for those with curves. The hems are a little uncomfortable and not forgiving. It looks like a nice sporty suit I wish it could have worked for me.
Great Quality but Size Up!
The swimsuit is great quality and I’m excited to start training in it. Two things to note if you’re buying. First, is the size. according to the sizechart, my waist and hips should’ve been a size 32 but my bust was a size 34. I opted to get the 34 since others said to size up and I’m glad I did. I probably could’ve even went with a 36 since the chest was still a little tight around the armpit/side chest for my liking. However, I plan on losing some weight since I’ll be training so I don’t mind that it’s a bit tight. Second, there are no chest/bra cups in the lining for modesty. This suit is only double lined so if you get cold, everyone will be able to tell. I don’t mind so much because I’ll be using this to swim laps, but I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing this to go to a lake which is a bummer. Despite this, I would definitely try other styles in this brand and excited to wear the one I got!
