never had a wool liner

Loved these the second I put them on. I'm 5-9, 150lbs. No curves. Athletic. I have no hips, booty or thighs. Would be a bit tight I think if I did. Med fits so well I'm buying a second pair even thought they will be the same cause it's so comfy and cute. The little pocket fits your phone too. Smartwool you are so clever. Feminine and cute.

Fit okay. Very lightweight. Was expecting more substantial durable fabric. Disappointed in quality even at a sale price.

A skort for all activities.

This is the second Smartwool skort/skirt I have and I love them both. I use them for a variety of activities including Pickleball, golf, hiking, and trips to town. I have a number of skorts made by other companies and find that the design is important if you are active. I have one skort that looks great but the shorts underneath are nylon and ride up. The boy shorts underneath this skort make a big difference in comfort during activities. Skirt material stays in place and looks great. Perfect length for someone who is well past 20 something. I get many compliments on the court. I jump between North and South and wear them both places.

Light & Breathable

I've had the skirt for a month. I love it. Practically live in it. It is true to size; I'm 145 lbs hourglass figure 5'5" and I have a large. Pretty, somewhat muted print. Wear it at home and on humid hikes. Very breathable and the liner shorts and skirt fabric are light and quite breathable. Definitely worth $40. Wish there were more colors.

Awful fit - Designers should do better

Love the features, hate the fit. Love the wool brief liner - if I could get it to fit with the woven outer. I have this skort in a size xs and s. The wool liner fits perfectly in the xs, in the small it is way too big around my thighs and causes chafing because of the excess movement. The small is so large if I put my iphone in the side pocket it weighs down the skort. The adjustable drawcord does not work well. I have to cinch it sooo tight to hold the skort in place that it is not at all comfortable. The XS skort's woven is too tight and bunches above my booty. Doesn't allow full range of motion when walking. The only reason I gave the product 2 stars was for the merino wool.

Sizing a bit odd

This skirt is very cute and light, with very light, breathable shorts underneath. The large seemed a bit too large, so I ordered the medium. The medium seemed super small! I am a size 10 usually. Decided to keep the large and figure out a way to tie the cinch cord so it won’t fall off with anything in the pockets.

Skort magic.

Great Skort. I especially like the boy short material underneath. This is my third "smart wool" skort and find they are durable for everything (pickleball, running, hiking). Multiple washes ( I hang dry it), have not diminished it's overall fit or function.

My favorite light winter coat

When I first received this, I almost returned it as I didn't get the collar and asymmetrical style, but once I worked it out, it's my favorite lighter winter coat. I love that I can bring the collar up and block the cold without ruining my hair. Love it!

Running skirt

The fit and feel of this running skirt is great! It is pretty and I love the fabric. The design of the elastic tie is a little hard to keep it snub, though it is nice not to lose an end into the waistband.
