epic snowsuit
This snowsuit kept our little 3 year old warm and dry on the slopes for his first season on skis. With proper layering underneath, he was out in -20 C and blizzard conditions… base layers, mid layer fleece, and the REI Co-op 650 down puffer
Then & Now
I have this suit from years previous and love it. So I purchased the newer version in size 2t (I’d say it runs a little big) but it is missing a few of my favorite components of its older self. It is advertised that this suit has pockets well mine does not have any zip pockets (one of my most favorite features from your older version). My toddlers love to rip their gloves off and put their hands in their pockets so this is a truly missed feature. The other feature that I miss is the zippers all the way down to the boots. So key with little ones. The new suit is very nice though and I am happy with our purchase. Our kid has seems to be warm and comfortable in the cold, so far. Winter is just beginning in upstate New York. I love the new chin zipper protection area, it doesn’t seem to bother him like the other one does. Make this in bigger size and bring back the pockets please. My older kids would still rock it. At least up to 6yrs old! Picture is of old and new one.
Great Kids Gear
Love this snow suit. My daughter stays warm and dry. I actually wish it had a zipper vent because it can get too hot according to my daughter. Great quality!
Snow boots
So very pleased with the boots. Keeps our two year old grandson’s feet warm and dry. Great product. A little snug getting them on but he has a wide foot
