Picture and title are misleading
The hat fits, which was my main concern (as someone with a big head). But it's darker than pictured, and "burlap" isn't a good description of the color. This hat is sort of grey. Head: 23.5 inches Bought: size L/XL
Nice hat, exactly as pictured
I received my hat yesterday and am very pleased with it. It has a 4-1/2" brim with just enough body to hold whatever shape I mould it to. I believe that people who remarked about the color being off may have been sent the wrong item, because my White/Off-White hat is precisely as shown in the photo, except that the snap band is off-white, not tan. This hat actually is almost too roomy for my Size L head, but it's really nice to find a stylish sun hat that doesn't give me a forehead indentation or a headache when I wear it! At the summer clearance sale price this hat is an extra-good addition to my closet. :)

Perfect for what I need!
I got this hat for an upcoming trip to the Seychelles, ideally for beach lounging. The roll-up feature was a huge plus for packing. I got the M/L after reading the reviews and it fits very comfortably (I would say I have a small head, FYI). I’m fairly confused at the reviews discussing the color. Perhaps there was another colorway that was discontinued that it referred to? Mine was very true to the listing color, bright white with an off-white/natural weave.
Great hat, color not as on website
Love the hat, hate the color. hat is not white-ish as pictured on website. It is more of a khaki color. returning it because looks horrible on me. would never have purchased if I knew how beige it is.
Cute design, fits large
I have an average sized head, though very fine hair, and this hat is way too big on me. Bought sm/med. Nice looking, love the folding feature with the snaps. I wish it got or there was a smaller size. Will have to return.
Love this hat!
This is the first hat I’ve found that fits my HUGE head. The xl fits perfect. The brim is slightly floppier than I’d hope but by bending the front up a little it stays straight.
Snap missing?
I received my Chaos Alicia hat today, which I had ordered specifically for the snap that would allow me to make it small and packable for my carry-on trip next week -- but there is no snap. I can still fold it, but I bought it only because of the promise of a snap, which would keep it nice and snugly rolled up. So, disappointed.

Big and comfy
It's big!! It's the only hat I've ever ordered that ran on the big side, even for my L/XL head. It will be great at the beach for decreasing sun exposure! It's comfy!
