Headland to Yuba are keeping me in style!
This is my second pair of Sunski glasses. They are light and nimble. Don't scratch and do a great job protecting my eyes from the elements and the sun. My "Headland" pair made it through a trip to the Italian coast and lost a screw. I was staying in a remote hillside town near Portofino and ended up finding a little wire in an old building to secure the glasses together, allowing me to continue my trip. I still need a screw! I just bought a pair of Yuba and my kids think that I look like a hip dad. Bravo!
Can't not wear them!
If I can't wear my Sunskis, count me out! I've even been seen wearing them grocery shopping!
My Review!
Off the chain! I love the color! Great quality pair of sunglasses!
Perfect for summer
Loving these so far! They are super lightweight making them very convenient & easy to carry when on-the-go. I have a small face so I was worried they would be too big but they're perfect. I own a pair of Ray-Ban Erikas & these fit similarly. The color is true to what's shown online, although my pictures make them look darker. I have the Stone Terra Fade & I'm enjoying them so much that I may get another pair in a different color. These are my go-to choice for the summer!
Casual, yet high quality, outdoor style
Got these for casual outdoor wear and I love the frame shape and neutral frosty look of the Stone Terra Fade option. Lightweight with cool sepia lenses, these are a go-to! Also they're the perfect size for a narrow adult face.
Review of YUBA white
Really nice, I like so much the form, colors and quality
Good fit, stays while running, great warranty
My usual complaint about sunglasses is that they pinch around my nose and don't stay on (for reference I have a wider bridge). However I absolutely love the Yubas and they are comfortable and most importantly STAY on. I have taken them running and on several backpacking trips and they are still in great condition. Maybe unpopular choice but I much prefer them over Goodr - in quality and style. My only complaint is that some of the Sunski mirrored lens' (not Yubas) are prone to scratching easily. This is not an issue for the Yuba lens. Sunski also has fantastic warranty if you damage the frame. I had the classic pair for 5 years and they finally cracked at the bridge. I sent them to Sunski and they gave me a 70$ credit for another pair.
I forget they're on my face!
These glasses stay on my head really well when I'm running and such but I can barely feel them. I have the Yuba "Tortoise Ocean" and I like how the lenses don't alter the color of my surroundings or make anything too dark--when I'm walking through the woods I can still see the ground! I had been looking for a new pair of sunglasses for a couple years and I was about to bite the bullet and get a pair of polarized RayBans but I'm really glad I didn't because the Sunskis are far more affordable (and made from recycled plastic! Woohoo!) Plus, they're stylish and I feel cool when I wear them. Recommending to all my friends and family!
Great polarized sunglasses!
These sunglasses are lightweight, comfortable to wear, and versatile for both active pursuits and more dressed up occasions. The customer service from Sunski also can't be beat. I got these as part of the lifetime warranty when my Singlefins broke. I got the tortoise ocean colorway. It's definitely hard to buy sunglasses online and honestly I didn't find the online try on super helpful because I felt like the proportions were off with the tool. I relied most on pictures that others posted online of their Yubas, so hopefully these will be helpful to someone! Very happy with these sunglasses overall and will definitely continue to support Sunski in the future!
Recent change in quality
I've been a loyal Sunski customer for several years now, but just submitted my 2nd warranty claim in 6 months. The last 2 pairs I've ordered, this model and the Anzas from the Sport collection, have developed a crack in the frame on the bottom edge of the lens within 2 to 3 months of regular wear. The warranty process has been quick and easy, but replacing glasses every few months is an unfortunate hassle. I hope the quality issues are resolved as I would love to remain a customer.
Hi there, so sorry to hear that your sunglasses broke. I just sent you an email to get you sorted out.
